  @AskNationwide today I went to the Telford centre branch as there was an issue with releasing money from an account. The branch manager was wonderful and after about 30 mins everything was sorted. Just a quick thank you to the branch manager which I'm hoping you can forward on.

  @AskNationwide Hello don't know if i'm being stupid or ? but i'm trying up online access and have a been sent a passnumber by post but there is nowhere to put it? there is no mobile or email attached to my account so can't proceed? what use is the point of passnumber by post?

  @AshDavidsonUK @AskNationwide eww thats not the best is it for a customer of 30yrs! I don't bank with them tbh, only savings and a credit card, still have a bank acct with them to take advantage of the £100 payment though

  @AskNationwide I’ve just tried to call the call centre with an issue I have & I was verified & then the bot said “Due to unforeseen circumstances your call cannot be taken right now” - Please can you help? I need to speak to someone ASAP, thanks
