@AskNationwide today I went to the Telford centre branch as there was an issue with releasing money from an account. The branch manager was wonderful and after about 30 mins everything was sorted. Just a quick thank you to the branch manager which I'm hoping you can forward on.

@AskNationwide If the reminder drops today 2 remind U to renew, here's another reminder of what being a Nationwide customer REALLY means. Leak reported 13/10/21. Since then 18 relocations due to numerous cowboy builders & Nationwide wasing their hands of us. Leak still not fixed.

@AskNationwide whenever I call they can’t help. Literally ridiculous, gave me no notice they was freezing my account so didn’t have time to sort anything out. Just disgusting how they think it’s acceptable to freeze customers accounts with zero notice
