The branch manager was wonderful and after about 30 mins everything was sorted. Just a quick thank you to the branch manager which I'm hoping you can forward on.

The new online account format is appalling: the transaction type, description, and reference are not visible at a glance. Please leave the old format as an option.

JD🇬🇧 (@littlemissj74) reported@AskNationwide daughter had her phone stolen this evening. You have made it more stressful by fact she had downloaded app to ipad to freeze bank account but too much security means she can't access her money. Ipad also won't let her call your lost/stolen!
