    @AskNationwide today I went to the Telford centre branch as there was an issue with releasing money from an account. The branch manager was wonderful and after about 30 mins everything was sorted. Just a quick thank you to the branch manager which I'm hoping you can forward on.

    @AskNationwide I have been on hold for 1 hour and I still waiting for someone to help me. The CHAPS team have gone *** and your managers won't accept calls!!!!!!!! I have someone in the fraud team trying to get someone to take the call!!!

    @AskNationwide It’s not necessarily the call times it’s being told I’m being passed to another advisor as I’d already waited once &they couldn’t help &then just being put back in a normal queue. &then having to do security& go through the same thing all over again. How do I make a complaint?

    @AskNationwide hi, I’ve had a text that my card is blocked due to a fraudulent transaction - you’ve asked me to call you but I’m working and can’t, but would like to get this sorted asap - is there another way I can sort this out?
