  @AskNationwide today I went to the Telford centre branch as there was an issue with releasing money from an account. The branch manager was wonderful and after about 30 mins everything was sorted. Just a quick thank you to the branch manager which I'm hoping you can forward on.

  @AskNationwide why is it when my card payments go through drop onto my statement then stay in pending caused my account to go into a minus to be told by an advisor nothing we can do have been advise it are aware of this issue was told 24 hours ago it would be fixed within 3 hour

  @AskNationwide @lourowlands99 You can’t remove the card reader if you’ve never had one ! This was a problem several Months ago. Seems you’ve updated the system with the same error. I too can’t transfer money.

  Hey @AskNationwide it's MY MONEY! Restricting access to online banking unless I answer a load of invasive questions, some of which I cannot answer due to not being psychic is a huge stresser and a great way to have me terminate my 40 year old account. WELL DONE YOU. (NOT)

  @AskNationwide I can’t amend any standing orders, hasn’t been working for days. Just errors, “something has gone wrong”. I can amend, change or add any standing orders. Pretty basic stuff, frustrating.

  @AshDavidsonUK @AskNationwide eww thats not the best is it for a customer of 30yrs! I don't bank with them tbh, only savings and a credit card, still have a bank acct with them to take advantage of the £100 payment though

  @AskNationwide @terryzimbo Customer for 23 years with mortgage and 2 X savings accounts, won't get a thing. Fairer share my arse.
