    @AskNationwide today I went to the Telford centre branch as there was an issue with releasing money from an account. The branch manager was wonderful and after about 30 mins everything was sorted. Just a quick thank you to the branch manager which I'm hoping you can forward on.

As an institution Nationwide @AskNationwide is failing I've been a customer for 18 years and service is going down and down. Chronic understaffing poor training, underinvestment in process and change

    @AskNationwide You don't have instant access products that pay over 0.01% available in branch, have to go online to get 0.35%. Regular saving products it looks like you only have online, no in-branch at all. Why is this? Ironically on website: no way to filter by "available in branch"

    @AskNationwide why not warn customers you’re changing the auth process to the iPhone app!! Ridiculous I can’t log in now until I get home…come on get some process management in place 😞
