    @AskNationwide today I went to the Telford centre branch as there was an issue with releasing money from an account. The branch manager was wonderful and after about 30 mins everything was sorted. Just a quick thank you to the branch manager which I'm hoping you can forward on.

    @Justiinahh @AskNationwide I’m also having this exact same issue. My partner sent money from nationwide to my NatWest and it hasn’t arrived. Not sure if it’s nationwide or NatWest with the issue 😫

    @AskNationwide why are your lines still close at 9.15am when it says on your website that they open at 8.30am? Yet another frustration in what has already been an unnecessarily long process 😤

    @AskNationwide Yes, they both say the problem is at your end. We can transfer between Lloyds and hsbc but not Lloyds and HSBC to nationwide. That’s surely a good indication of where the problem lies!

    @AskNationwide Jamie.. thanks, live chat are indicating that the issue may be beyond one of queued payments (hence Lloyds are unable to even send payments)

    @AskNationwide went to my local branch with forms to add my partner to my flex account only to be told that currently this service not offered due to reduced capacity to deal with such matters as a result of covid!!!

    My husband and I laughed when we saw that @AskNationwide advertised being a number 5 on a recent poll about customer service. But after a MONTH of trying and failing to get anything approaching customer service from them i they n they should be at 500th
