The branch manager was wonderful and after about 30 mins everything was sorted. Just a quick thank you to the branch manager which I'm hoping you can forward on.

Damien (@damienjonoliver) reported@AskNationwide I was caught out by a telephone scam. Very convincing and worrying. The person I spoke to Friday after 5pm was supportive but no one else I've spoken to who could help has seemed that interested or empathetic. It's concerning Nationwide's Fraud Team won't even look into it.

I am experiencing problem after problem and Nationwide appear to have no interest in resolving these. I would advise any would-be customers to take their business elsewhere!

When I send it in the post I will be including the original marriage certificate. Do I also need to send my ID? As it doesn't state so on the website. It only states marriage certificate is required.
