@AskNationwide today I went to the Telford centre branch as there was an issue with releasing money from an account. The branch manager was wonderful and after about 30 mins everything was sorted. Just a quick thank you to the branch manager which I'm hoping you can forward on.

@AskNationwide Trying to use card reader but getting a message page to say the site is experiencing technical difficulties and to try again. I have been trying for over 2 hours now. Thanks

@AskNationwide Absolute nonsense. How is it less secure than an online form on your website? It's always the same: you decide about security. We get no say in it then you talk as if it's not your decision. You call us: you take us through security. We call you: you take us through security.

@AskNationwide hi. My son has received his log in for digital banking for his first current account. Can he go straight to using the app on his phone or does he need to log into it on a computer first? Many thanks.

@AskNationwide Hi - Mobile banking won't work it just freezes on the initial screen. Internet connection is fine, app is up to date, so must be an issue on your side. Please can this be looked into?

@AskNationwide and yet your 2 factor authentication is outdated and putting off potential customers. There's many ways of doing it - a card reader is NOT one of them that should be used. Soon-to-be-ex-customer

@AskNationwide @foggedoff73 I think the feedback is probably fairly obvious from the above complaint isn’t it? * Have a working phone line that gets answered * Don’t charge for moving money * Stop closing branches early * employ more staff 🙄🙄🙄

@AskNationwide Thanks, but it's always the same. "Could you take more of your time to tell us about our own problems". You've read my tweet - why don't you sent in the feedback on my behalf?

@AskNationwide You can help me by not restricting my crypto payments or you will be losing a long time customer

@AskNationwide Hi - the instant chat function isn't working on the nationwide website either, or I'd of used that before twitter.
