    @AskNationwide today I went to the Telford centre branch as there was an issue with releasing money from an account. The branch manager was wonderful and after about 30 mins everything was sorted. Just a quick thank you to the branch manager which I'm hoping you can forward on.

    @AskNationwide I’ve had an account with you for 25 years in one way or another - I’ve just withdrawn all my savings because I can’t risk being unable to access it when I really need it. I feel bad for everyone who has bills to pay and no access to their money! Shame!

    @AskNationwide I have had to cancel a payment just so there is money in my acc. My wage is stuck in limbo and I had to get rudeness from customer services fix up!!

    @AskNationwide Once again a let down from nationwide - I am waiting on my wages the third time already this year it has been delayed, very poor show no wonder everyone is leaving you and moving elsewhere

    @AskNationwide have you got an eta as to when incoming payments issue should be resolved . As an IT head of service myself I would expect to keep customers up to day with an era for resolution. Do we expect to see any payments today into our accounts

    @AskNationwide can’t believe you have the same issues now regarding delays to payments, as you did when I first joined 7 years ago! Absolute shambles of an app and extremely poor customer service, sort it out!

    @AskNationwide Mine & my partner's salaries both went in this morning without issue, DDs went out fine though there was a delay of 3 hours with some manual transfers to other accounts. Your tech guys need to look into why some inbound payments were unaffected but others were as a starting point
