    @AskNationwide today I went to the Telford centre branch as there was an issue with releasing money from an account. The branch manager was wonderful and after about 30 mins everything was sorted. Just a quick thank you to the branch manager which I'm hoping you can forward on.

    @AskNationwide but please explain to me why, as an existing customer my new fixed rate is as high as rates for purchases when the work involved in a rate switch is fully automated and has no impact on the case processing of purchase/remortgage applications. #feelingrobbed

    @AskNationwide i was told to fill out an online form, which I did and I have an email notification from the 'complaints' team acknowledging my complaint. The matter has gone beyond finding my form, i'm now looking to write to someone in charge of the customer service experience please. name?

    @AskNationwide I’m disgusted by the lack of customer service from the mortgage works. The staff refusal to escalate my call, all you get is computer says no.

    @AskNationwide since installing iOS16 on Monday, my Nationwide app is taking around 20 secs to get to FaceID when before it was almost instant. Using 70Mbps broadband so no issues there … you had at least 4 months of betas to prepare so what’s the issue?
