    @AskNationwide today I went to the Telford centre branch as there was an issue with releasing money from an account. The branch manager was wonderful and after about 30 mins everything was sorted. Just a quick thank you to the branch manager which I'm hoping you can forward on.

    Hello @AskNationwide have been customer for 30 years. First time I've called your breakdown service & been told you've only got my partner's name on policy (why? It's a joint account). I can't seem to find any number to call you on specifically about this. I have had to abandon

    @AskNationwide Is someone going for a record of how long before the customer gets so annoyed that they hang up. If we don't get through we could find ourselves without cover. Not a great way of protecting your customers. Now 83 minutes!

    @AskNationwide This is ridiculous. I need to speak to Nationwide so you can rectify this situation. I would like you to call me & sort this out. I can't sit waiting for LV to tell me to talk to you. My car is broken down. Pls take some action. I'll be reviewing whether I cont to bank with you.

    I’m fed up with making phone calls to Nationwide and then being put on hold for 30 minutes. I’ve made 3 calls so far and have not got through. @AskNationwide please help me sort this out!

    @AskNationwide you keep me waiting on the phone for +30 minutes then proceed to put the phone down. I call back and you say you're closed. Very poor show.
