@AskNationwide today I went to the Telford centre branch as there was an issue with releasing money from an account. The branch manager was wonderful and after about 30 mins everything was sorted. Just a quick thank you to the branch manager which I'm hoping you can forward on.

@AskNationwide not happy cant access my savings I had no notice on my app about maintenance so now I'm short I need to go get food for my children and Ur refusing access to my funds that's theft and I would imagine the financial ombudsman would agree with me

@AskNationwide I have my daughters accounts with u when they were first born(cheque from gov put into them) I tried to gain access when I moved away due to domestic abuse but was told the address was wrong (1/2)

@AskNationwide That number is for lost and stolen cards don't treat customers like idiots. With holding my funds is theft I need access now or I will take matters further u are making a child go without and as she is on medication and needs foor the FCA will back me

@AskNationwide no it's not ok that I have no access to my funds until Sunday midday! My money went into my savings account and I need to transfer it to my current account to withdraw cash. I literally have 0 in my current account!

Why have @AskNationwide and other banks, companies etc. Decided that in their adverts it's perfectly fine to normalise the cost of living crisis like it's one big laugh? Cashing in on other people's money problems.
