@AskNationwide today I went to the Telford centre branch as there was an issue with releasing money from an account. The branch manager was wonderful and after about 30 mins everything was sorted. Just a quick thank you to the branch manager which I'm hoping you can forward on.

@AskNationwide Hey Nationwide, I received my new card this morning and it's still the old issue!! I'm not happy as I've changed all my card numbers for nothing! How do I get the new issued card? & does the new issue definitely apply to FlexBasic?

@AskNationwide why does Face ID no longer work with your app on my IPhone all it comes up with “we are currently experiencing a technical problem….” I have tried rebooting and changing settings but no good.

@AskNationwide I’m not holding out that the branch will help me as they have said because I’m a flex account holder I have to do everything on line when there are on many occasions 6 staff members sat there doing nothing ,….

Go **** yourselves @AskNationwide, seize all my accounts whilst I’m at work with no notice or access to my own money and no way of getting to a bank all week due to the job I do, resulting in me having no funds for food and supplies for work ! … Close all my accounts now !!

@AskNationwide I was just told they deposited. An hour delay seems a bit much but false alarm overall it seems. I can still send info if you want to look into it Incase it’s a bigger issue. You’ve been a wonderful help !

@AskNationwide Following opening up a Instant Access Saver Issue 9 at home letter 7th Sept. Am I expecting a card as do not want to do online banking with the account & would like a card. The branch is unable to issue a card when I visited to make enquiries.

@AskNationwide THANKS FOR NOTHING TRYIED TO GET HELP AND YOU COULDNT OVER THE PHONE AND BLAMED MY PHONE LINE FOR THE POOR QUALTY. IM DEAF AND COULDNT HEAR HIM SO MY PROBLEM HASNT BEEN RESLOVED
