    @AskNationwide today I went to the Telford centre branch as there was an issue with releasing money from an account. The branch manager was wonderful and after about 30 mins everything was sorted. Just a quick thank you to the branch manager which I'm hoping you can forward on.

    Hey @NatWest_Help, @AskNationwide have an issue with their payments AGAIN. Will you charge me/will it negatively impact my credit file if my NW mortgage payment doesn’t go out as scheduled due to this problem?

    @AskNationwide I have a refund going back on to my debit card it normally takes 2 hours to appear back into my account can you please tell if it will be delayed due to the current processing problems that you are experiencing thanks

    @AskNationwide @trubyyyx Nationwide suck again I have tried to get through to the manager twice and they will not talk to me shame on you and yet again it’s happened payment system gone down you’re breaking the law I have no money shame on you

    @asknationwide When you say payments are 'delayed', do you mean they won't go through until you resolve the issue, or do you mean they are still working but are taking longer than usual to process?

    @AskNationwide Thanks but I sent the payment to my account in the early hours and it is still not showing. This is really not the level of service I expect from a major building society.

    @AskNationwide hi I’ve tried to get an extension on an item I’ve bought that needs paying today through #klarna - been unable to do so and now I’m going down as a late payment and will have to pay interest. Will you cover the cost of my interest now?

    @AskNationwide time to switch banks I think. Absolutely insane that I cannot access my money and have no idea when will be resolved!!!! Please give a timescale for this to be resolved ASAP!

    @AskNationwide I have a faster payment transfer coming into my account this morning so that I can pay for repairs on my car today. I do not have enough money in my account to cover the car bill as things stand. When will this issue be sorted? I need my car!!
