@AskNationwide No I won’t dm what’s a message going to do when your staff on the phones have already said because my accounts frozen that means you can’t give me my money that I’ve earned til Monday. Leaves me and my kids with **** all til Monday il be claiming compensation for this.

@AskNationwide Hi Faith, I called & was told No1 could help me until Monday at 8am. They said as it was not lost/stolen but most likely a block. I have no access to my funds & I have no idea why.

@AskNationwide @CMAgovUK seems wholly unfair contract terms and egregious behaviour. @AskNationwide ‘We’re here for you’ (your quote) / ‘We’re here to help’ (your quote) - seems not. How very disappointing and inappropriate in service to our children and the future. 😞

@AskNationwide For 2 weeks I am flagging an issue where by I am receiving some email notifications for activities on a Nationwide account ( like device registration / statement ), but nor my account, in-fact not a Nationwide customer at all.
