@AskNationwide @twpburton Tom, I had the EXACT same issue - they didn't send me a card reader and couldn't make payments! I've made a complaint and waiting to hear back from them. I've received my £200 so this weekend I'm switching again to another bank. I'm not carrying about a card reader all the time!

@AskNationwide your website says Mortgage General Enquiries from 8-5 - so why, at 08:15, does it say ‘phone back during normal hours’ when I call?????

@AskNationwide Ah shame, seems bit silly though as it's a win for everyone and you'll basically make the money back within 18 months or lose a customer to another bank. Odd one that. Thanks

My bank is offering £200 to people who switch their accounts over to them. I've been a customer for 10 years (2 savings accounts, current account & mortgage) and if they've got plenty of money sloshing about I think they should pay me £200 to stay. How about it @AskNationwide?

@AskNationwide How can I use chat if I can't open the site? Will go to the branch to make the payment, and hope you sort yourselves out.

@AskNationwide Like I said, it didn’t make sense. I think I’ve found it now. Wrote down what made sense, sent an email and got a reply saying ‘this mailbox isn’t monitored’ so I think it’s the right one.
