    @AskNationwide And now for the record DIXITA has said there’s no problem with the payment to HMRC. I still want to know WHY my payment card was blocked. I’ve had to get on to HMRC and stupidly the ARTI (?) chat!!

As a customer with documented neurological and spinal issues, your refusal to adapt your communication style is a breach of the Equality Act.
