@AskNationwide what a surprise. It’s the end of the month and Nationwide has “payment issues”. Can’t they make their money last to the end of the month like everyone else has to?Or is there a bigger problem. Like they cannot raise enough money which happened at Northern Rock????

@AskNationwide Clearly you have not rectified this issue- I sent a payment on 27th and it CERTAINLY hasn't processed at the other end by 28th. Generic messages do not cut it - this service should not be giving blanket advice when some transfers can't be accounted for- ergo money's 'missing'.

Morning @AskNationwide I need to order cash into branch for a large withdrawal but I cannot find a number to call the branch direct? I don’t live local to a branch so need to order the amount and then collect when it’s ready. Can you help please? Thanks.

@shunmarklew @EdmeadSarah @AskNationwide I’m lucky that my boss checked for me immediately and sent it over to me but if I had been working for a large corporate business I know from being a wage clerk at Tesco this wouldn’t have been so simple and I’d have had to wait 7-10 working days which isn’t good enough
