@AskNationwide Henry Jordan recently said “Ask existing members are now and to access rates below 5% regardless of product or fee.” I’m an existing member with a NW mortgage moving home yet this doesn’t apply as I’m apparently a “new customer”. So rather unfair/misleading!

@AskNationwide All the way through the long application process to switch a joint account. Approved and spent ages filling in a million questions. Very last "Finish" button on the final page..... Does absolutely nothing. Visually presses down... Page does nothing. Not impressed

@AskNationwide are there issues with online banking ? A SEPA payment sent to my account six days ago hasn't come through and the issuing bank has confirmed the payment and correct details and my contactless payments this week are still pending?

Shout out to @AskNationwide who lied about funds being returned from a Direct Debit indemnity, and then lied about the timescale for getting a phone call for a complaint... which arose from their original lie. Great customer service! #Nationwide
