@AskNationwide Thanks- but I haven't had issues with payment, it is the app. It won't load. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app but that doesn't seem to have fixed it.

@AskNationwide Company sending is saying the payment is being denied. Ive copy pasted IBAN and BIC from my account pages. What else would cause this is we discount errors theor end?

@AskNationwide Nationwide has an app. That we have to use to authenticate a transaction. How hard would it be to simply put a notification in the app that says. Person XYZ is calling you now. Then the customer knows its legit
