    @chrisonut84 @fergzlfc @AskNationwide I picked First Direct based on their customer reviews and you can use HSBC branches. You can also pay cheques in on the app which Nationwide can't

    @AskNationwide I haven't received my usual end of the month payment due today. The company have said that it has gone through normally at their end. You are saying everything is working normally. It's not! Hope this gets sorted soon. Happy New Year.

    @AskNationwide Think you were a bit late In communicating this out - I genuinely thought my employer hadn't paid me, luckily I don't live on the breadline and I have savings but for some people this could really cause problems.
