@AskNationwide I got a new phone 3 days ago and ever since, when I’m trying to register/log into the mobile banking app it won’t let me. It keeps saying that you’re currently experiencing a technical problem. Is this the case? Thanks

@AskNationwide I have just tried to pay for a service using my phone. It wanted identification so I used the bank app option but it wouldn’t confirm, so had to use the card reader. What’s the point of having my phone only to carry my card & use a card reader.

@AskNationwide I need to clarify the T&C ref 1 Year Triple Access Online Saver 15, I have read the summary however it’s not clear to me. If I open an account can I only deposit a lump sum payment? The T&Cs seem to imply that I can’t make any additional payments into the account

@AskNationwide Before I repeat the exercise of entering all my data again, getting stuck, then deciding that if Nationwide can't do sign up, they probably should not be trusted with money, can you verify that the site is functional and you are seeing new joint accounts being created please?

@AskNationwide hi, new customer here. I’ve just received a ‘telephone banking pass number’ I wasn’t expecting. Feeling overloaded with passcodes and numbers on different letters, can you pls advise all the different numbers I need so I can work out if I’ve received duplicates?
