@AskNationwide So it turns out Nationwide had blocked lots of customer’s credit cards yesterday due to an “IT Glitch”. Shame @AskNationwide weren’t admitting the IT problems and I wouldn’t of wasted half my evening trying to get through on your constantly engaged helpline #nocustomerservice

@AskNationwide hey! Help please 🙏. I’m on my internet banking and in need of printing 3 months banking statements. I can’t find any way of doing this. I’ve changed to the flex direct recently but nowhere can I print my statements or download as a PDF.

@AskNationwide Been approved for a personal loan. Upon applying it states you should receive the loan within 48 hours (if accepting faster payments). Now told to wait 3 -5 working days. Why the change of terms?
