    @AskNationwide Thank you, it was quite a simple piece of feedback asking you to add an instruction to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking. The CS adviser knew it but new members don't. #simple

    @AskNationwide My point is simply why aren't new customers advised that they have to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking? I have received everything you referred to yet wasted 26 minutes trying futilely to register for Internet banking.

    @AskNationwide Then it's not working normally and the issue should not be considered resolved until the backlog is processed. It's like a crash on the motorway and the road gets closed. Huge traffic jam, the road gets reopened and then declaring everything Ok ignoring the 20 mile tailback

    @AskNationwide hi I am trying to make a withdrawal from my sky betting account to my nationwide account its not going through its being declined from your side has there been some issues blocking this just I used my card to make a deposit
