@AskNationwide Thank you, it was quite a simple piece of feedback asking you to add an instruction to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking. The CS adviser knew it but new members don't. #simple

@AskNationwide My point is simply why aren't new customers advised that they have to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking? I have received everything you referred to yet wasted 26 minutes trying futilely to register for Internet banking.

@AskNationwide I’m about to lose out on my first time buyers mortgage because of a nationwide ‘technical issue’, which has impacted my credit score! This misinformation is against the data protection act! After 9 days I’ve also not had a single response from the complaints team.

@AskNationwide tick tok, time rolls on and still no communication from your complaints team. I'm feeling its personal now @AskNationwide or do you make a habit of ignoring complaints? Or are you so overwhelmed with complaints that you cannot cope? Terrible customer service.
