    @AskNationwide My point is simply why aren't new customers advised that they have to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking? I have received everything you referred to yet wasted 26 minutes trying futilely to register for Internet banking.

    @AskNationwide Thank you, it was quite a simple piece of feedback asking you to add an instruction to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking. The CS adviser knew it but new members don't. #simple

    @AskNationwide Failed to connect to the server, if I'd known there was a problem I would have never made the transfer I would have taken the money out in cash now I can't even do that.

    @AskNationwide I sent some money to Lifetime ISA. I think the money did get sent (money received by LISA) but the balance on Nationwide hasn't been reduced. What is the issue?

    @AskNationwide i did previously have the app to manage mymums account now closed &opened another as executor. app does download.i have deleted it & tried to log in several times ,even gone through the online registration process again but still get same message 😩

    @AskNationwide If there is an issue with faster payments why is there nothing on the status page or on the app, I just sent a payment to pay a bill and there was no mention of any issue. This is not good enough.

    @AskNationwide But if I've had one just over a year ago and I've transferred the money across can I still open another account the same (1 year triple access) and get the 3.00%

    @AskNationwide Pay bill. Open your app to confirm it's me. Done. Go back to pay bill. Have to log in again. Repeat !!!!!!!!!! Won't pay even though you have confirmed it's me paying!!!!!!!!! Not going to carry that card machine around everywhere I go.
