@AskNationwide Thanks India but how should I have been informed if not by the letter inviting me to register for online banking? Was I the only new customer not informed 🤔 pls explain.

@AskNationwide My point is simply why aren't new customers advised that they have to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking? I have received everything you referred to yet wasted 26 minutes trying futilely to register for Internet banking.

@AskNationwide Thank you, it was quite a simple piece of feedback asking you to add an instruction to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking. The CS adviser knew it but new members don't. #simple

@AskNationwide my banking app says ‘establishing secure connection’ and then stalls. The only workaround I have is to uninstall the App and then reinstall, go thru hoops and then I get on first time. Then problem repeats. Can you please look into / resolve?

@AskNationwide my friend send a payment from Germany using the BIC on Friday 1st October. It is still not in my account. Any ideas why and is it normal to take more than 4 working days? Thanks
