  • SouthDevonSue Sue Jamieson (@SouthDevonSue) reported from Mevagissey, England

@AskNationwide My point is simply why aren't new customers advised that they have to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking? I have received everything you referred to yet wasted 26 minutes trying futilely to register for Internet banking.

  • Lance63 Lance Dyer 〓〓 (@Lance63) reported from Truro, England

@AskNationwide Are you experiencing problems with your App authorising payments? It's taken me a good 10+ minutes to finally make it!!

  • SouthDevonSue Sue Jamieson (@SouthDevonSue) reported from Mevagissey, England

@AskNationwide Thanks India but how should I have been informed if not by the letter inviting me to register for online banking? Was I the only new customer not informed 🤔 pls explain.

  • Lance63 Lance Dyer 〓〓 (@Lance63) reported from Truro, England

Will the local @AskNationwide branch be able to sort; still issues your end after it accepts my details!!

  • SouthDevonSue Sue Jamieson (@SouthDevonSue) reported from Mevagissey, England

@AskNationwide Thank you, it was quite a simple piece of feedback asking you to add an instruction to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking. The CS adviser knew it but new members don't. #simple

@AskNationwide is there currently a problem with receiving transferred payments at the moment? Friend transferred money to me 4 hours ago and still not showing

  • BooksandHannah Hannah McCann (@BooksandHannah) reported

@AskNationwide My contactless payments have stopped working, could this be due to a security issue or is my card just faulty?

  • HannahE30981181 Hannah England (@HannahE30981181) reported

@AskNationwide Thanks again. I see that the website confirms that you are no longer offering Help to Buy ISAs to new applicants. Would I be classed as a new applicant even though my initial ISA was closed less than 12 months ago and hasn’t been used?

  • HannahE30981181 Hannah England (@HannahE30981181) reported

@AskNationwide I closed a help to buy ISA on the understanding that we were due to exchange imminently. 10 months later the transaction is ingoing and yet to complete. Can I reopen the account?

  • artbyailbhe Ailbhe Leamy (@artbyailbhe) reported

Offspring just had to phone @AskNationwide fraud prevention to confirm the online purchases were legit, and the call handler was *incredibly* nice. First Banking Phonecall with security questions, could have been awful, was fine.

  • Kim00333650 Kim (@Kim00333650) reported

I can't believe it, some ****** in the US has attempted to purchase something online with my bloody card, cheeky feckers. Good Job Nationwide are **** hot on fraud. Thanks @AskNationwide

  • Tommo60847783 Tommo (@Tommo60847783) reported

@AskNationwide No help whatsover. I live alone. The phones, I have broadened my look, are worth at least £700, none of the shops I went to had them in store and had to be bought online. @Argos_Online @curryspcworld

  • psychocandid ✌🏾ργ (@psychocandid) reported

There's been fraudulent activity on my son's @AskNationwide current account. I call to report it, the customer services lady wont do anything until she gets his consent! (over the phone). Tempted to pretend to be a mumbling teen but that would be fraud too. He's 13 FFS.

  • Tommo60847783 Tommo (@Tommo60847783) reported

@AskNationwide I think I am going move my account. I had this all day. I have been around the block trying to buy a new mobile because Nationwide have made it so secure that I cannot spend my own money.

  • HannahE30981181 Hannah England (@HannahE30981181) reported

@AskNationwide Thanks for this. The problem is, the sale hasn’t fallen through. The occupier won’t leave the property and it’s currently going through the courts. The sale will not however be complete within 12 months of the closure of the ISA account. Can I reopen it still?
