@AskNationwide Thank you, it was quite a simple piece of feedback asking you to add an instruction to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking. The CS adviser knew it but new members don't. #simple

@AskNationwide My point is simply why aren't new customers advised that they have to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking? I have received everything you referred to yet wasted 26 minutes trying futilely to register for Internet banking.

@AskNationwide joined nationwide over ten days ago I was told I receive a letter in the post with my details between 1 and 10 working days nothing has arrived it's been 10 days. Nationwide hasn't asked me for my email or phone number so don't know why either. What should I do?

@AskNationwide @RoyalLondon ...wealthiest of your clientele can access then higher marginal rates and, in @RoyalLondon's case, the higher discounts. Essentially making the poorer savers at then bottom of the pyramid subsidise the richest.

@AskNationwide Thanks Roxy! So just to double check, Nationwide only collect mortgage payments on the first working day of the month if the usual DD date is the 1st?

@AskNationwide I don't want to get into a long conversation over this. I want to know how I organise this without using the internet banking site as I'm finding it flaky today. Thanks.
