Sue Jamieson (@SouthDevonSue) reported from Mevagissey, England@AskNationwide My point is simply why aren't new customers advised that they have to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking? I have received everything you referred to yet wasted 26 minutes trying futilely to register for Internet banking.

Sue Jamieson (@SouthDevonSue) reported from Mevagissey, England@AskNationwide Thank you, it was quite a simple piece of feedback asking you to add an instruction to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking. The CS adviser knew it but new members don't. #simple

Chrismit (@RadiationSloth) reported@AskNationwide if we call your frais helpline after a dodgy transaction is picked up, as you request, there is a long wait. Fair enough. Why do you cut us off after 13 minutes on hold? How do i get through to sort out the problem without you cutting me off?
-
Jordan (@JordanPostingX) reported@AskNationwide No, I can't do that as your bank has a stupid policy where you need the bank card to access interentet banking. Your phone lines are also useless as it's a robot who keeps saying the same thing over and over. Really unhelpful response at a very stressful time.

World Carrot Museum 🥕 (@carrotmuseum) reported@AskNationwide Now that Virgin Money is full part of Nationwide why can't I access your ISA rates as a Virgin customer? e.g 1 year fix 4.5% Virgin is 4.22%
-
David (@Earlofh) reported@AskNationwide This has changed because previously as soon as I bought something using my credit card I could immediately whilst on the app & so I didn’t forget, transfer the money from my current account to my credit card account, I can’t see the problem in not being able to do that now.
-
Corin Messer (@CorinMesser) reported@AskNationwide Maybe it would help if I noted that none of our details have changed and our cover level hasn't changed and the Bank of England inflation calculator suggests our August 2025 premium of £626.30 should have increased to £638.75 not £987.00. Perhaps £987.00 was just a typo?

Josie Bishop (@Josiry71) reported@AskNationwide I don't know when I have had such rude disrespectful service trying to help my elderly friend as I have had from your support service
