    @AskNationwide Thank you, it was quite a simple piece of feedback asking you to add an instruction to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking. The CS adviser knew it but new members don't. #simple

    @AskNationwide My point is simply why aren't new customers advised that they have to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking? I have received everything you referred to yet wasted 26 minutes trying futilely to register for Internet banking.

    @AskNationwide Why, with all the info about scams and telling customers you won't ask for personal details, did you call unsolicited, requesting personal details?! If you need to contact a customer a letter is surely safer?

    @AskNationwide It just says , The refunds process for unsuccessful entries may take up to 3-5 working days to be returned back into your account, after this time if you have still not received these, please contact your bank and they should be able to push this transaction through
