@AskNationwide My point is simply why aren't new customers advised that they have to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking? I have received everything you referred to yet wasted 26 minutes trying futilely to register for Internet banking.

@AskNationwide Thank you, it was quite a simple piece of feedback asking you to add an instruction to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking. The CS adviser knew it but new members don't. #simple

@shirleyjones999 @AskNationwide I have had the same issue. First told there was an issue with my old bank but then another worker told me it was because so many have applied. Contacted them again today and they said 8th November...so we shall see. It's absolutely shocking and frustrating
