@AskNationwide Thank you, it was quite a simple piece of feedback asking you to add an instruction to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking. The CS adviser knew it but new members don't. #simple

@AskNationwide Thanks India but how should I have been informed if not by the letter inviting me to register for online banking? Was I the only new customer not informed 🤔 pls explain.

@AskNationwide My point is simply why aren't new customers advised that they have to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking? I have received everything you referred to yet wasted 26 minutes trying futilely to register for Internet banking.

@AskNationwide Thanks, I've sent a request via that form. This isn't the treatment I expected from you, a paying bank customer for over 10 years, mortgage customer for over 5 years and loan customer with no history of missed payments. I'm now looking to move banks.

Let’s try @AskNationwide instead of a major bank - or even a digital one.. maybe not - So far taken a week to setup a instant access savings account and no info on the current account applied for last week.. and yet @StarlingBank had us setup quicker than finishing a cup of tea..

@AskNationwide Thanks Katy. The issue I have is I don't pay monthly to the insurance providers. I pay Nationwide for the provision of insurance and unfortunately the phone insurance provider is incompetent. They've washed their hands of it so my issue is now with Nationwide who I pay.

@AskNationwide were looking at fixing in shortly but nationwide keep upping the rates. I can’t help but think they are taking advantage of people in a vulnerable situation. 5yr fixed at 5.14% is ridiculous. What’s it going to look like next year? 10.4%?

@AskNationwide Thanks for responding. She has but they haven’t corrected it yet. Said they are working on it but not sure why it’s taking so long.
