@AskNationwide My point is simply why aren't new customers advised that they have to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking? I have received everything you referred to yet wasted 26 minutes trying futilely to register for Internet banking.

@BertAW_Russell @NattyCakes13_ @AskNationwide Not aware of what research this refers to, but in customer satisfaction coops outperform all others. If the comparison is on price, that is quite difficult to make sense energy coops operate on higher cost lower density areas than muni energy.
