    @AskNationwide Thanks India but how should I have been informed if not by the letter inviting me to register for online banking? Was I the only new customer not informed ๐Ÿค” pls explain.

    @AskNationwide My point is simply why aren't new customers advised that they have to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking? I have received everything you referred to yet wasted 26 minutes trying futilely to register for Internet banking.

    @AskNationwide Thank you, it was quite a simple piece of feedback asking you to add an instruction to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking. The CS adviser knew it but new members don't. #simple

    @AskNationwide hi, any known phone line issues? Iโ€™ve phoned twice and got cut off after being on hold for 6 minutes both times. Selected call back option and Iโ€™ve been hung up on again when the advisor phoned me back!

    @AskNationwide 2 things. I have push notifications on and they work. No issues there. But how do I get this for payments in and out? I.e. I paid someone ยฃ10 etc.

    @AskNationwide Iโ€™ve tried phoning and been hung up on as it says Iโ€™m not registered to telephone banking. I need to access my account as Iโ€™ve got payments I need to make. The card that says I need to put in to the card reader isnโ€™t my card.

    @AskNationwide why at least once a month does my mortgage disappear from my app and the only way to fix it is by uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Its getting very annoying

    Hi @AskNationwide Iโ€™ve been on the phone for over half an hour on two separate occasions today and not been able to get through to speak to somebody about an URGENT charge coming out of my bank that I need to contest? Please can anybody help???
