    @AskNationwide Thank you, it was quite a simple piece of feedback asking you to add an instruction to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking. The CS adviser knew it but new members don't. #simple

    @AskNationwide My point is simply why aren't new customers advised that they have to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking? I have received everything you referred to yet wasted 26 minutes trying futilely to register for Internet banking.

    @AskNationwide Are you experiencing problems with your App authorising payments? It's taken me a good 10+ minutes to finally make it!!

    @MikeScanes18 @AskNationwide There customer service is a farce in itself!! There 24 hour line, only 12 hours, 5 days a week. Bloody pathetic, incompetent to the core!!

    @AskNationwide iPhone and itโ€™s just been updated to the latest iOS and was told it would work. Still not working. Funny how my new bank app is working and theyโ€™ve not had a problem. Just nationwide leaving customers high and dry. Three weeks now.

    @AskNationwide Whether a Flex account can be used by a sole trader to accept income and make vat payments from. Different answers all over the net. No help from your chat system.

    @AskNationwide so on the 3 weeks nationwide have banned Apple customers form using internet banking Iโ€™ve managed to get a new account and use the new banks app on the same Apple iOS nationwide refuse to update. Well done nationwide. Lost a customer and you donโ€™t care

    @MikeScanes18 @AskNationwide Nationwide Building Society are criminally corrupt. No wonder why they have lost so many of there previous customers who have switch to other banks. They haven't refuted closing down in about 4 years became of there disastrous reputation in recent years.

    @AskNationwide NCP not picking up the phone, answering tweets, or answering their website message service. Iโ€™m more disappointed with Nationwide and lack of cover. I thought being a FlexPlus customer I would get more help and support. Thinking of closing all my Nationwide accounts now.

    @AskNationwide I have done this, only now to be told I have to wait 7 days to have access to online banking. I was never told this, and did not have this situation with my other two bank accounts!
