    @AskNationwide Thank you, it was quite a simple piece of feedback asking you to add an instruction to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking. The CS adviser knew it but new members don't. #simple

    @AskNationwide My point is simply why aren't new customers advised that they have to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking? I have received everything you referred to yet wasted 26 minutes trying futilely to register for Internet banking.

    @AskNationwide @phll490_jon such a joke how can a bank have an issue with people receiving money...can you tell me if the payment has already been sent to my account will it get bounced eventually or is it in a queue and will be available to me when your issues have been solved.

    Every Christmas @AskNationwide does the same thing. Delays people payments and leaving their customers without wages. It’s very disgusting. If you want function as a building society then shut down.

    @AskNationwide I may as well join the queue - when is the outward and inbound payments issue likely to be resolved? There must be a major log jam of transactions by now!
