@AskNationwide Thank you, it was quite a simple piece of feedback asking you to add an instruction to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking. The CS adviser knew it but new members don't. #simple

@AskNationwide My point is simply why aren't new customers advised that they have to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking? I have received everything you referred to yet wasted 26 minutes trying futilely to register for Internet banking.

I need help please @AskNationwide; you’ve truncated my surname on your systems despite having my full surname on a current mortgage & bank account. I’m being asked to come into branch (none close) to prove a name change. I haven’t changed my name! Surely this can be fixed.

@AskNationwide It's just an image that says "We couldn't process your payment you need to contact your bank to find out why. Once you've spoken to them please come back." I have spoken to customer service numerous times and they just say it's blocked on O2's side and send me back to O2.

@AskNationwide What's going on with your online banking? Three times I entered the correct three numbers from my login code followed the exact pin number you texted me - first time one was 'incorrect', second time you had 'a technical issue', third time it was 'incorrect' again..

Innit great when you have £400 quid stolen from your card and the "help" desk @AskNationwide are 1) incompetent and 2) rude that you have to end the conversation before you blow your top? Wnkrs

@AskNationwide phone insurance included with a flexplus account is AWFUL! Made a claim back in June, have had nothing but trouble! Been broken and shoddy phones! From my experience, stay well clear!
