    @AskNationwide Thanks India but how should I have been informed if not by the letter inviting me to register for online banking? Was I the only new customer not informed 🤔 pls explain.

    @AskNationwide My point is simply why aren't new customers advised that they have to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking? I have received everything you referred to yet wasted 26 minutes trying futilely to register for Internet banking.

    @AskNationwide Thank you, it was quite a simple piece of feedback asking you to add an instruction to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking. The CS adviser knew it but new members don't. #simple

    @AskNationwide is there an issue with your online banking? Trying to move money from @LloydsBank to you via the Lloyd app and it won’t accept it. A Lloyds to Barclays account working fine.

    @AskNationwide when I attempt to register using my savings account, it comes up with "we seem to be experiencing technical problems." the same thing happened last night. any way to fix that?
