    @AskNationwide Thanks India but how should I have been informed if not by the letter inviting me to register for online banking? Was I the only new customer not informed 🤔 pls explain.

    @AskNationwide My point is simply why aren't new customers advised that they have to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking? I have received everything you referred to yet wasted 26 minutes trying futilely to register for Internet banking.

    @AskNationwide Thank you, it was quite a simple piece of feedback asking you to add an instruction to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking. The CS adviser knew it but new members don't. #simple

    @AskNationwide I can not login on my Mac. It tells me that there is a technical error. But according to your website the status is all working normally. I can login on my phone app. So I am guessing it is an issue with the mac interface ?

    @AskNationwide My partner has received a message to contact you ref a possible misuse of her debit card. We have now sepnt nearly an hour trying to get through to you while being bombarded with appalling music. This is appalling service

    @AskNationwide Appalling service today in Coatbridge. Branch busy so I deposited via machine outside. Now being told by stroppy head office that the deposits won't go into account till Monday at 5pm. Told to use machine inside branch but far too busy. An utter joke of a bank.

    @AskNationwide You’ve let yourselves down for the poor interest rates. All my savings with chase at 1.5%. Child savings moving and also you lost me as a mortgage customer.
