@AmericanExpress @AskNationwide why is it that I face the same issue every month with your apps.... On one I want to make a payment every month and get redirect on to the other app... Every month... And every month I have to authorise a payment, by which I the other app times out

@AskNationwide My point is simply why aren't new customers advised that they have to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking? I have received everything you referred to yet wasted 26 minutes trying futilely to register for Internet banking.

@AskNationwide Thank you, it was quite a simple piece of feedback asking you to add an instruction to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking. The CS adviser knew it but new members don't. #simple

@aktheknight @edent @AskNationwide Yeah, they're generally pretty meh. It took them forever to support contactless and Android Pay, they have a very shaky understanding of the direct debit guarantee and the online bank is straight out of 2005. Only with them out of inertia but I really should switch

Very unhappy customer today! Requested current account switch from @tescobankhelp to @AskNationwide only to find out #TescoBank are closing all current accounts anyway and my request was cancelled. I now need to go through the whole process again, which is just not good enough!
