@AskNationwide Thank you, it was quite a simple piece of feedback asking you to add an instruction to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking. The CS adviser knew it but new members don't. #simple

@AmericanExpress @AskNationwide why is it that I face the same issue every month with your apps.... On one I want to make a payment every month and get redirect on to the other app... Every month... And every month I have to authorise a payment, by which I the other app times out

@AskNationwide Thanks India but how should I have been informed if not by the letter inviting me to register for online banking? Was I the only new customer not informed 🤔 pls explain.

@AskNationwide My point is simply why aren't new customers advised that they have to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking? I have received everything you referred to yet wasted 26 minutes trying futilely to register for Internet banking.

@AskNationwide The app is not showing pending transactions. I know there card transactions waiting to go out. The app keeps saying sorry there's an issue. Sorry we can't load pending transactions. I cleared cache, re-downloaded the app from Google play store. Still same issue.

@AskNationwide appalling service, moved from one department to another, no help from anyone. Been going on for weeks, I am not mobile dont do online banking and finding it very stressful I am 91 years old and feeling fobbed off.

@AskNationwide @dvredxvil Hi @AskNationwide, I'd suggest that apparently not, as I'm also having these issues & had a card purchase rejected/declined in a shop for reasons that are unclear (despite being able to withdraw cash from an ATM opposite minutes later!). Electronic payment/data transfer issue?
