I have received everything you referred to yet wasted 26 minutes trying futilely to register for Internet banking.

We'll be moving banks as soon as this issue is resolved

Restricting access to online banking unless I answer a load of invasive questions, some of which I cannot answer due to not being psychic is a huge stresser and a great way to have me terminate my 40 year old account.
