@AmericanExpress @AskNationwide why is it that I face the same issue every month with your apps.... On one I want to make a payment every month and get redirect on to the other app... Every month... And every month I have to authorise a payment, by which I the other app times out

@AskNationwide My point is simply why aren't new customers advised that they have to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking? I have received everything you referred to yet wasted 26 minutes trying futilely to register for Internet banking.

@AskNationwide Thank you, it was quite a simple piece of feedback asking you to add an instruction to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking. The CS adviser knew it but new members don't. #simple

I hate #Nationwide @AskNationwide U guys are useless. I’m changing my bank. Payments never can come out or go in using ur rubbish services. U better have my money in my account or I’m coming down to one of ur banks and I’m gonna wreak havoc on ur bank and employees 🖕🏾

I got loads of stuff to get still nationwide need to fix this. I feel ever so sorry for the people who had bills to pay today and food shop etc..it’s annoying

@annieqpr @AskNationwide Hey Annie, I had this problem today and had no response! Luckily I checked my account and my wages had been paid in 8pm this evening, after my gaffer transferred it across at 10am this morning! Hope it’s sorted I’d advise checking your acct!
