    @AmericanExpress @AskNationwide why is it that I face the same issue every month with your apps.... On one I want to make a payment every month and get redirect on to the other app... Every month... And every month I have to authorise a payment, by which I the other app times out

    @AskNationwide My point is simply why aren't new customers advised that they have to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking? I have received everything you referred to yet wasted 26 minutes trying futilely to register for Internet banking.

    @AskNationwide Thank you, it was quite a simple piece of feedback asking you to add an instruction to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking. The CS adviser knew it but new members don't. #simple

    @AskNationwide It's a Samsung. It just doesn't load, the app opens and then there is a spinning circle that goes round and it says "talking to nationwide" underneath but it never gets to the login page. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but it hasn't helped.

    @AskNationwide how do I cancel recurring card payment via your app? I called your customer services but was cut off and now not getting through at all. If it can be done via the app, give me the instructions. And before you say it, I can't contact the company

    @AskNationwide Also to retrieve my customer number (I tend to use the app), and guess what I need to retrieve it? Yes, you've guessed it- a card reader!

    @AskNationwide I called UK insurance for a medical upgrade for my flexplus holiday insurance. I've had no email to accept/pay the upgrade and I can't login the portal to do it either. Do I really have to wait half hour on the phone again to sort this?

    @AskNationwide Nope. 4 tries last night, 2 this morning. Phone was showing signal so I should have got the text unless O2 text system is down, which I haven't heard of.
