    @AmericanExpress @AskNationwide why is it that I face the same issue every month with your apps.... On one I want to make a payment every month and get redirect on to the other app... Every month... And every month I have to authorise a payment, by which I the other app times out

    @AskNationwide My point is simply why aren't new customers advised that they have to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking? I have received everything you referred to yet wasted 26 minutes trying futilely to register for Internet banking.

    @AskNationwide @shrillybargs My husband & I have banked with Nationwide for decades & always been very happy with the service received - until now. I would really rather not have to change banks at my time of life, but I also would rather not have a bank whose social media account polices people's comments.
