    @AskNationwide Thank you, it was quite a simple piece of feedback asking you to add an instruction to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking. The CS adviser knew it but new members don't. #simple

    @AskNationwide My point is simply why aren't new customers advised that they have to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking? I have received everything you referred to yet wasted 26 minutes trying futilely to register for Internet banking.

    @AmericanExpress @AskNationwide why is it that I face the same issue every month with your apps.... On one I want to make a payment every month and get redirect on to the other app... Every month... And every month I have to authorise a payment, by which I the other app times out

    @AskNationwide As per the quoted tweet; the Nationwide app is no longer working for people on iOS 15.1 beta. Downgrading to iOS 15 doesn't appear to resolve (and some on iOS 15 are also experiencing issues independently). A fix needs expediting, please!

    @AskNationwide The latest letter from them is dated 23.9.21 but does not refer to the complaint. Their letters do not give the impression they have been read by a customer orientated person.

    @a7med7amoud @AskNationwide Yeah there must be doing it on my partners and she’s on public beta and it seems worse. Doing it on my 15.0 but that’s fixed with a restart 15.1 deffo broken.
