    @AskNationwide Thank you, it was quite a simple piece of feedback asking you to add an instruction to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking. The CS adviser knew it but new members don't. #simple

    @AskNationwide My point is simply why aren't new customers advised that they have to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking? I have received everything you referred to yet wasted 26 minutes trying futilely to register for Internet banking.

    @AmericanExpress @AskNationwide why is it that I face the same issue every month with your apps.... On one I want to make a payment every month and get redirect on to the other app... Every month... And every month I have to authorise a payment, by which I the other app times out

    @AskNationwide Thanks India but how should I have been informed if not by the letter inviting me to register for online banking? Was I the only new customer not informed 🤔 pls explain.

    @AskNationwide I've been trying to switch my joint account to a new one with nationwide for days. Get through the online application process and every time right at the end it says there's an error with your system opening new accounts. How else can I switch?
