@AskNationwide My point is simply why aren't new customers advised that they have to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking? I have received everything you referred to yet wasted 26 minutes trying futilely to register for Internet banking.

@AskNationwide Thank you, it was quite a simple piece of feedback asking you to add an instruction to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking. The CS adviser knew it but new members don't. #simple

Since 8am @AskNationwide has not been working.I can’t get to my money u thieving cretins.I called serveral times as u did not put up a warning that ur systems were down.That warning only went up after 12pm. U said that systems will be normal by 2pm. It’s now 5.09pm #nationwide 🤬

This very long delay on inbound payments to people's accounts is disgraceful.The fact you aren't giving a reason or an ET of when it'll be fixed is poor customer service. What will you be doing to compensate people for the stress you are causing? Surprised at you @AskNationwide

Of all the weeks in all the year, it has to be this week that we can't access wages sent today to @AskNationwide... And then when Nationwide is contacted via Twitter they give the same generic response to everyone!! #SortItOut
