    @AmericanExpress @AskNationwide why is it that I face the same issue every month with your apps.... On one I want to make a payment every month and get redirect on to the other app... Every month... And every month I have to authorise a payment, by which I the other app times out

    @AskNationwide Thank you, it was quite a simple piece of feedback asking you to add an instruction to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking. The CS adviser knew it but new members don't. #simple

    @AskNationwide My point is simply why aren't new customers advised that they have to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking? I have received everything you referred to yet wasted 26 minutes trying futilely to register for Internet banking.

    Shocking from @AskNationwide yet again. Payments not going into my account again, seemingly a universal problem, and they’re only giving vague, useless replies that help no one. Avoid like the plague, an absolute joke.

    @LiviShort @AskNationwide @mckernan_paul I’m the same transferred money from my Santander to nationwide and still isn’t in .. these problems shouldn’t be happening in 2021 the technical sides should be up to date! Brutal bank always happening

    @AskNationwide instead of copying and pasting the same reply to everyone reference non receipt of Faster Payments tonight, perhaps you could acknowledge that there is clearly an issue? It’s 23rd December so a less than ideal situation when trying to cover bills and expenses

    @AskNationwide @rarelyheardty just admit your site is yet again ******. Why does this bank NEVER accept responsibility. Put of my 4 bank accounts this is the ONLY one that never apologises or admits to mistakes. All others including my credit cards have reimbursed me yet Nationwide not even an apology

    @AskNationwide i know your telling everyone that even though payments are usually instant thry can sometimes take 2 hours, as lots of us are having problems are you sure there isn’t a problem? I’d rather know if it’s still not going to reach the account within 2 hours as issue
