@AskNationwide My point is simply why aren't new customers advised that they have to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking? I have received everything you referred to yet wasted 26 minutes trying futilely to register for Internet banking.

@AskNationwide Thank you, it was quite a simple piece of feedback asking you to add an instruction to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking. The CS adviser knew it but new members don't. #simple

@AskNationwide Maybe it's not actually me not knowing how to type an email and press a button and there is something wrong with your website if changing browsers, devices, clearing cache and cookies don't work and it still produce the 'whoops something went wrong please try later'? (1/2)

@AskNationwide Hi, I'd like to make a payment to someone I've paid before but I lost my card 3 days ago, it hasn't arrived yet and am required to use the card/reader in order to send the money. How can I get the block removed from my account?

@AskNationwide If I did this will it automatically log me back in via Face ID. I wouldn’t want to do this if I manually had to log in as I can’t remember any username or password.
