@AskNationwide just wondering why it says on the website that your Dunstable Branch closes at 4.30 on a Friday but they closed before even 4 yesterday , should they not be back to normal working hours like the rest of us ? 4 people turned away last night

@AskNationwide Yes tryed all that they say because it's a flex plus cannot be done over phone was over 3 hrs yesterday trying to get help but nobody could assist just said I would have to reapply creating another credit check very annoying that not one person could assist

@AskNationwide Dear Nationwide, how many hours are there in a day? Promises of 72 hrs or 3 working days are nought, if you phoned on Monday morning and are still waiting by Friday evening. After 9 months.😱😨

Absolutely disgraceful service from @AskNationwide this morning. Their system took two payments for rent, one of them was completely absent on the online banking system and the earliest they can fix their mess is a week. Absolutely laughable, I will be swapping to another bank.
