    @AmericanExpress @AskNationwide why is it that I face the same issue every month with your apps.... On one I want to make a payment every month and get redirect on to the other app... Every month... And every month I have to authorise a payment, by which I the other app times out

    Finally left @CooperativeBank for personal account after 20 years. 30+ minute wait on phone to activate Apple Pay (no option to do by text) just the last straw of steadily deteriorating tech and service. Hello @AskNationwide - already much better, and a proper mutual.

    To top todays fiasco off, @AskNationwide are discriminating against my blind father! I cant help him with security because he is blind yet he cant read his statements because he is blind Never been do disgusted with nationwide in all the decades ive been with them
