@AmericanExpress @AskNationwide why is it that I face the same issue every month with your apps.... On one I want to make a payment every month and get redirect on to the other app... Every month... And every month I have to authorise a payment, by which I the other app times out

@AskNationwide I cannot see how to close my Flexi Account using my app and I looked through the help topics and this is not answered. I have withdrawn all my remaining money, but need to close at midnight as promised in protest to you removing travel insurance from Flexi Members.

@AskNationwide funny how when issues / problems pop up theres never an issue with pending transactions that are going your way or interest payments on overdraft or fees or anything that is heading your way.. why is that? oh well.. customers eh? screw em! load of ... it rhymes with bank!

@fergzlfc @admiralross2400 @AskNationwide Monzo are far better, i tried both and monzo takes the cake. The app is MUCH nicer, better support, easier to set up and the overall bank is much nicer.

@AskNationwide I glad it’s resolved but you were way to slow to admit this problem and make customers aware when it occurred and this is happening way to often something has to be done to stop this!
