    @AmericanExpress @AskNationwide why is it that I face the same issue every month with your apps.... On one I want to make a payment every month and get redirect on to the other app... Every month... And every month I have to authorise a payment, by which I the other app times out

    @AskNationwide no money is getting taken out when I’ve brought something from@Uber ears what’s going on I’m due a Tesco shop today and that hasn’t been taken out yet either you’ve got problems again thanks a bunch

    @AskNationwide Ive been a FlexPlus customer for years - so unimpressed with the service. I submitted a travel insurance claim over 3 weeks ago and haven't heard a thing back. Poor value for money.
