@AmericanExpress @AskNationwide why is it that I face the same issue every month with your apps.... On one I want to make a payment every month and get redirect on to the other app... Every month... And every month I have to authorise a payment, by which I the other app times out

@AskNationwide help please. I've just tried to deposit a cheque at the ATM but although the envelope went in it said transaction failed. But the cheque has not been dejected. Now the ATM won't work at all. Thank you.

@AskNationwide I think I out the envelope into the wrong slot. But it should have been returned with an option to put it into the correct slot. Instead, it kept the envelope, said transaction failed. The ATM no longer working.

@AskNationwide poor service at your Bognor Branch. Covid is no excuse for bad service, it is not acceptable to make customers wait unnecessarily! 3 staff standing & talking doing nothing, customers waiting and only 1 cashier working! #poorservice #needtoimprove

@AskNationwide morning, I made a purchase last Monday however, even though the money is in pending, there was an error on returning to the checkout. The company has no reference of my purchase and money after 6 days is still in pending. Contacted company but had to help.

@Visa @AskNationwide @RoughRunners who’s responsible for my refund? I paid £289 to Roughrunner for 10 tickets in 2020! Event was cancelled then Rough Runner went into liquidation. My bank have said as each item is under £100 I’m not covered by section 75. Any help?

@2_Wheeled_Wolf @AskNationwide Yep - on the Lloyds app it was easy - nationwide seem muddled - they said to newspapers etc they “are” phasing it in but their customer service says ‘they have no plans’ ax churn out contactless on or off as the only option!

@AskNationwide Lots of other banks have responded to customer demand to opt out of increase contactless limit by allow customers to stick at £45? But are you saying with nationwide it’s contactless or no contactless only?
