The service management company will not commission it as we do not meet the govt requirements for it

Ian (@1an3) reported@AskNationwide @SnoopApp have you changed anything with how you require me to connect with NW. I suspect not, as the workflow from snoop sends me to NW app, and it's the NW app that sends me to the browser. So I think the issue is NW.
