    @AmericanExpress @AskNationwide why is it that I face the same issue every month with your apps.... On one I want to make a payment every month and get redirect on to the other app... Every month... And every month I have to authorise a payment, by which I the other app times out

    @AskNationwide That has worked but now I can’t login as it claims the passcodes I have entered are incorrect. I def don’t think this is right. Will try again tomorrow

    @AskNationwide No error. I’ve made 3 payments from my Nationwide account to a Santander account and none have shown up yet. Usually these are instant with no delays?

    @AskNationwide N Wide quick to raise mortgage rates as benefits them but SLOW to raise saver rates that benefit loyal customers! 😠

    @AskNationwide Thanks for your reply but it's clear N Wide just interested in HUGE profits, not helping loyal customers, QUICK to increase mortgage rates, SLOW to help customers. Awful.
