@AmericanExpress @AskNationwide why is it that I face the same issue every month with your apps.... On one I want to make a payment every month and get redirect on to the other app... Every month... And every month I have to authorise a payment, by which I the other app times out

@maybeacoolguy @AskNationwide My account wasn’t locked, Support was not doing anything over 30+ days since first reported.All access denied I couldn’t access it, I was so confused not until someone referred me to Multitask_support on Instagram who help me to reactivate it so of course they can help

On phone for an hour on Saturday afternoon dealing with @AskNationwide over a fraud problem entirely in their own minds. This is the only industry that inconveniences customers to this degree and acts like it is doing you a favour.

@AskNationwide Hi, is there any chance of telling the apparently 12000 customers who have received an overpayment that you’re going through their accounts to “fix” things without their permission? What if the money has already gone?
