  @AmericanExpress @AskNationwide why is it that I face the same issue every month with your apps.... On one I want to make a payment every month and get redirect on to the other app... Every month... And every month I have to authorise a payment, by which I the other app times out

  @AskNationwide how long till I am able to unfreeze my card? Currently needing to use my card and it’s saying that I I’m unable to due to a technical issue. This is causing me a lot of issues

  @AskNationwide I can log in now on desktop. I assume the maintenance-type work started early, but only one other person said that they had the same issue. I don't know.

  @Claire__McClean @AskNationwide You have a physical card with the number on. Apple Pay uses a completely different number that nobody has access to. You need to talk to the vendor that you did the transaction with & they will know how to refund you.

  Is @AskNationwide having a bit of a nightmare? Last night I couldn’t make an online banking payment (it went through OK this morning) and now a ticketing site can’t contact them.

  @AskNationwide I've been on hold on the phone for an hour and on hold with a chat bot for 30 mins who then cut me off and still no answer to my question. Poor customer services. Any ideas how I can speak to a real person to answer my simple question?

  @AskNationwide is there a problem with your app? Everytime I try to add money to my revolut account the connection to Nationwide says sorry something seems to have gone wrong

  @AskNationwide My state pension has not been paid in. I can’t take it up with the DWP until you confirm it’s not a nationwide problem. I can’t get to find out if it is. Sadiq blew me off with a ‘will be credited’ but no idea when - no one available to talk
