Alex Froom (@froom_alex) reported@AskNationwide your customer services are a joke. I cannot get to speak to an actual human being and your app doesn't help either. Is talking to an actual human something you do or not? 2 unauthorised payments have gone out of my account and you are IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of

Julie (@JulieMelvinator) reported@AskNationwide I’m going to raise a complaint. How can you decide to block a payment to HMRC ? the automotive service at HMRC did not recognise my version of my postcode so I tried again and nationwide blocked my card!! I’ve had to spend another 45mins on the phone to HMRC !!
-
Mind Crypto 🍥 (@MindCrypto_) reported@BeardyInvestor @AskNationwide This is ultimately an FCA overreach (Nationwide was fined £44M in Dec,25) which in-turn means; it's about protecting the bank's money from having to refund yours later. Over regulation and lack of autonomy for the customer. Annoying!
