Very bad with @AskNationwide yet again having payment problems. A friend paid in £10 at 9am for me today as I was in hospital, & here we are at almost 6pm & it's STILL not in my account. It's not a large sum, but it was urgently needed. Really poor.

@AskNationwide My payment still not gone threw not good enough I only switched a month a go gonna switch again never had this problem with any other bank payment was sent at 10.51 its now 17.34

@AskNationwide So Nationwide UK have regular problems with payments yet do nothing to help. I've been without electricity since this morning I'm now sitting in the dark still waiting for my money to arrive. No help just the offer to log a complaint that will take 5 days. Shameful
