@AmericanExpress @AskNationwide why is it that I face the same issue every month with your apps.... On one I want to make a payment every month and get redirect on to the other app... Every month... And every month I have to authorise a payment, by which I the other app times out

@AskNationwide, I appreciate that you are trying to stop fraud but when it takes over an hour of calls to get your credit card unblocked there is something wrong with your customer service. PS credit card is still blocked.

@AskNationwide Hi Craig. I’ve spent some 5 hours on the phone, been in branch, made a complaint. All I need is a letter admitting the error and that you’re removing it. But no one wants to do this. My property purchase is about to fall through as a result.

@AskNationwide just received my house insurance renewal quote increased by approx 82% some one really needs a rethink. Loyalty counts both ways ..just lost a customer .

@AskNationwide Actually Jo I’ve just tried to get an OTP for a different account and it won’t send either. So apologies I think the issue must be with @VodafoneUK - guys why am I not getting text messages through when I’m overseas?

@AskNationwide why is it impossible to message you using the app? Your phone lines are closed and it’s not possible to message or chat? Chase bank have an amazing chat service you are so old fashioned

@AskNationwide Then I am stuffed. I call them daily. Most recently before tweeting. They can’t do anything. Your customer service is just awful. I’ve paid a grand in fees for the setting up of the mortgage and no one is incapable of assisting. Shameful.

@AskNationwide I've tried both on online banking and the app, at least twice each. I go through the whole card reader rigmarole and then get told that you 'can't verify me - there is a problem and Nationwide is working to fix it, please try later'.
