@AmericanExpress @AskNationwide why is it that I face the same issue every month with your apps.... On one I want to make a payment every month and get redirect on to the other app... Every month... And every month I have to authorise a payment, by which I the other app times out

How about you stop virtue-signalling stuff like this and sort your failing IT systems instead. Absolutely fed up with being let down by you. Mutuality doesn't seem to work for me at least...

@AskNationwide Well it isn't and it was Amazon and I know they wouldn't waste any time processing a transaction.. I'm sure this is to do with the issue you had yesterday.. please look into this and advise.

@asknationwide I was on the phone to your selves today about my debit card not working and now to see transactions have gone through that should not have and you asking me to pay £110 overdrawn that I don't have. I want someone to contact me asap!

@AskNationwide is claiming I'm £110 overdrawn also from unknown transactions. I haven't been able to use my debit card today so I would like to know why all these glitches are occuring. I certainly won't be paying any overdraft fees on these Nationwide errors

@AskNationwide AND yet MORE problems. My account now says it is overdrawn..by a lot. There is ni way it is. I am disgusted with your service d will be contacting the ombudsman because now i cannot access any funds because of YOUR muck up.

@AskNationwide You had issues yesterday with payments, I have payments not showing as pending, I have money been paid that is not in my account, I have no idea whether things are right or wrong 😑. When will the issues be resolved so I can check my account please.
