@AmericanExpress @AskNationwide why is it that I face the same issue every month with your apps.... On one I want to make a payment every month and get redirect on to the other app... Every month... And every month I have to authorise a payment, by which I the other app times out

@AskNationwide your recent communications on paperless statements is something I support. However I would like better functionality in the App that enables me to tag each transaction as "recognised by me", as this is something I do on the monthly statements.

@AskNationwide Great to see the function to change your address through the latest version of the app this evening. Unfortunately it doesn’t seem to be working but there is no mention of this on the Service Availability. Can you confirm what’s happening please?

@AskNationwide @JBrokenshire disappointed my local Nationwide in Sidcup is closing down due to lack of use - I’ve turned up plenty of times over the past year to find you’ve shut early! Customers can’t use the service if the doors are locked. Nearest branch now a bus ride away.
