@AskNationwide It just says , The refunds process for unsuccessful entries may take up to 3-5 working days to be returned back into your account, after this time if you have still not received these, please contact your bank and they should be able to push this transaction through

@NationwidePress your social media team are giving customers a fraud helpline number which supposedly operates 24/7! I’ve tried numerous times and told to call during normal hours! Terrible service! @AskNationwide

@AskNationwide Everything else is fine....it’s an iPhone XS that he has so should be no issues. I have just talked him through deleting and reinstalling again and he’s now back in but that’s the 2nd time in 10 days - when he clicks on it it just says ‘Establishing Secure Connection’ and hangs
