    @AskNationwide Hi, further to my question this morning. I want to ammend a standing order, but am I right in thinking I can only do it on the day before the payment is due? Ant not any other? As I have tried 3 times now, and your site always says a technical failure.

    @AskNationwide Well I do hope that it's sorted before any other transactions go through today because I'm expecting a payment of £500 into my account and also expecting Tfl to take money from my account overnight. If the problem isn't sorted out then I will not be able to get to work tomorrow.

    @AskNationwide 5 days wait does not help me. It's been over 2 weeks with no contact and no explanation. I need a new offer tomorrow at the latest. Please can someone do SOMETHING instead of just telling me to call or complain or wait 5 days!

    @AskNationwide 25mins on hold, told account blocked due to several incidents of unusual activity which you didn't inform me about until today. Can now only access money via nearest branch which is over 4 miles away. Can't tell me when block will end either. Shambolic service!

    @AskNationwide They have asked a member of the mortgage team to contact me in the morning as they could not see what the problem was. I was originally asked to call the mortgage team tomorrow, but today I was on hold for 30mins and then got no useful answers, so hopefully I will hear tomorrow
