    Trying to get an issue resolved with @AskNationwide. I have tried about 6 times, to call without success. I have been on hold now for 45 minutes. Unacceptable.

    @AskNationwide Having had a totally valid buildings insurance claim declined by Nationwide how they have the audacity to offer support for members Is beyond comprehension. Nationwide are a business that purely exist to make money. That is a fact. Don't get sucked in.

    Trying to speak to an advisor about a settlement figure on a loan, but the automated filter system is a complete moron @AskNationwide . Website says lines open till 8 on the website and just get cut off with the robot saying the lines are closed...🙄

    @AskNationwide hi Dominika, I think today's email, "Updates on our savings interest rates," has a couple of errors: 1. Link "head over to our website" is 404. 2. The bit about Triple Access accounts opened "since 22 July 2022" seems to be incorrect. Can you confirm #2 please?

    @AskNationwide Hi. So far, been waiting to speak to a customer service person to repay a loan for 15 minutes, Is there any other way I can do this rather than keep on hold (this is 2nd time of trying, last hold was 28 mins and I gave up)
