    @AskNationwide Hi Pauline, yes that is the case exactly, and despite trying my very best to resolve the issue I have been deceived and lied to continuously and it has cost me money to pay the workmen even though they can't work due to the delay in goods

    I've been a loyal @AskNationwide customer for 10+ years because their service was always great. Last week I tried to upgrade my account to a paid, plus account. I now have 3 accounts, multiple credit searches, multiple 1hr phone calls getting nowhere and numerous fob offs. Bye.

    @AskNationwide any danger of the mortgage works doing their job properly and closing down my account for a mortgage I never had? Instead of chasing me for payments I don't owe!!!!

    @AskNationwide Jon,i've called the mortgage works repeatedly over the last 2 months to resolve this and have spoken to a plethora of people. I'm always assured that it is sorted and there are no problems, but still get payment demands for a mortgage I do not have. Total incompetence!!

    @AskNationwide Sorry that’s simply not true. The team at RSA have refused because technically the little annex is separate and is down as a second home and they refuse to insure with a tenant.

    Phil...I have no faith in this system ..we have been so patient but we are now in crisis ...days matter to people with no access to their funds for essential medication and nutrition @AskNationwide @MindCharity
