    @jon_trickett That's why I left Barclays a good few years ago Jon. Just a 'normal' customer (pretty poor) who they want to fleece to give to shareholders. @AskNationwide looks after it's customers! Its no wonder us 'normal' people dont trust banks!

    @AvivaUK @AskNationwide Impossible to do via your online form. None of the questions applicable. No space for OTHER. Electrics gone in our camper. Affects fridge, lights, water pump etc etc. How do we find out if we are covered? tried talking to your bot ARTI this am but no use

    Bear in mind, the reason I was calling was relatively simple: To have some money that wasn’t involved in a scam transferred to my backup @AskNationwide account. I had no access to my Santander account, and Santander were aware I have a physical disability that prevents me from visiting a branch.

    been a nationwide customer for years and 4 phone calls and they still cannot sort out problem and hang up on you @AskNationwide

    @MartinSLewis @MoneySavingExp Trying to add more money (incl ISA transfer) into a fixed cash ISA that I opened with @AskNationwide at start of July. I was told by customer services📞, I can't do this as I missed the window (2 days). Is this correct? Most banks give 30 day window?

    @AskNationwide They used the chat functionality on the banking app. Directed them to write a long note and wait up to three days. Called customer support. No one in the age verification team available. Maybe there will be someone available tomorrow? But not helpful for this evening!
