    @AskNationwide hello. Wonder if you can help please. My app won't work. It keeps saying there's a technical problem, close and restart app. I've tried reinstalling it to no avail.

    @AskNationwide It beggars belief just how dreadful the customer service from Nationwide is. Requested title deeds from them over a month ago and no one, not even solicitors, can get NW to release them. No satisfactory response on phone, chat, email.

    @AskNationwide Thanks Liz, it’s regarding Early Repayment Charges in relation to when I pay my mortgage each month and when it expires. I have also tried using the chat function on the website and appear to have been disconnected from that too.

    @AskNationwide It's a Samsung S7. The app opens, but when I try to log in it says it is experiencing a technical problem and to restart the app. I do so, but no difference.

    @AskNationwide Every time I go to login to the nationwide app with face ID i get a message saying 'we're sorry, we're currently experiencing a technical problem. please try again or view our service availability page for more information' this has been happening for about 2 months now

    @AskNationwide I have logged a few complaints, that's my issue, not one senior manager had the ***** to talk to me, you cast me & my family to the curb after 20 years... caused us lot's of unnecessary stress....I feel like should take this further

    @AskNationwide Yes, and I've just uninstalled and reinstalled the app. It made me reregister and then after registration when I tried to log in I got the same error message. So the app is "working" as it registered me, but won't let me log in.
