@AskNationwide Yes, they both say the problem is at your end. We can transfer between Lloyds and hsbc but not Lloyds and HSBC to nationwide. That’s surely a good indication of where the problem lies!

How @AskNationwide BS survive with their antediluvian systems and atrocious service is beyond comprehension. Dealing with them, infuriation personified. A ‘phone banking & website circa 1989, couple this with keen but clueless staff. Any recommendations?

@AskNationwide Disgusted by the service I’m getting with NW, had a confirmation email saying funds for our mortgage would be with us on the 18th, confirmed with the NW advisor we are moving the 19th and today NO FUNDS or communication as to why .... we will be homeless come 12
