  Hi @AskNationwide is your system all down again? Been trying for the last hour to register for online banking for my Aunt and it will not accept the code you keep sending her! Tbh she has had nothing but grief ever since she applied for the switch from Halifax…

  @liamoa @ChelleChipato @AskNationwide The point being that the lad already held an account with Nationwide so he wasn’t a new customer, he was just trying to open an additional account.

  @ChelleChipato @AskNationwide Instore banks are next to useless these days. Go in to open a joint account with all the documents and get pushed into a room to do on a tablet because it’s all online. Lloyds aren’t much better as have to do online too (only popped into Lloyds because there was an issue online!)

  @AskNationwide I have found an unsigned Debit Card on the pavement - Not sure what you'd like me to do with it - can't find a way to speak to a real person on your website - AI only interested if an existing customer

  The new update for the @AskNationwide app is so useful. Being able to view your PIN and card details inside the app is a massive help.
