    @AskNationwide Thanks. Yes I’ve “live” chatted this issue many times. Still no resolution or contact from IT / systems managers. Kindly escalate this as a matter of urgency as it’s affecting accounts and fees.

    @AskNationwide @Terryblyth1 What a ridiculous way to let clients know. It would only have been seen if your customer logged onto the app. If they didn’t, they would have no idea. Someone needs reprimanding over this half arsed policy

    @AskNationwide Good Afternoon . Your banking app STILL isn't working , even after the maintenance work . It's still showing the "request timed out" error message that it's been showing all day !!
