    Anyone with @AskNationwide talk to me about the Big Thank You fiasco today. Have they really taken 600 million pounds of money out of people's accounts today? Customer service said emails will be coming to you soon with how they will resolve it. Time for a new bank.

    @AskNationwide Hi - I can't log in to access my accounts either online on the website or via the App. Your service status says all is OK but not working here. Any help would be appreciated.

    @AskNationwide Thanks but that's not going to help - needs a system change to enable logins to LPA accounts with something like passkeys. It's 2026.

    @AskNationwide really poor customer service at your Nationwide branches an still havent revieved a replacement bank card in post

    @AskNationwide cant authorise any payments on the app as dont have a card reader to hand. Can't reset the app as there's a technical issue but nothing on your service site. Help please
