@AskNationwide This is just not true. We called the branch and were told that if she goes there they can only set up a call with the number you gave They cannot help with mortgages direct.

@AskNationwide Would not recommend using the Nationwide direct for a mortgage. Problems caused by their own IT system have held up the application which are having a knock-on effect with the process. No real help from the helpline. Rubbish

@AskNationwide - I’ve sent you a DM - looks like scammers are working again. I’m receiving txts re blocked credit card, a transaction today at 11.02 (untrue) and a recommendation to call an 0800 number - not done it. Heyho!

@AskNationwide on Monday opened a current account online. Had email to say I need to log on to internet banking to get the account details but when I try it seems I can't as it asks me for account number & sort code that I am trying to get! All I've got is the customer number
