    @AskNationwide With the removal of the paym service, are you going to be replacing it with any other service that makes it easy to pay people without having to use that antiquated card reader? You currently don't offer anything else with payms ease of use

    @AskNationwide I set up the payment, made a transaction to the payee, then it asked me again two days later for the same payee? I'm in Spain and had to borrow a card reader; now I cannot access my funds.

    @AskNationwide Thank you for your reply.. I called as you asked but now I’m having issues cause the customer service person i spoke to seems so hesitant to send the pin to my email address.. the admit yes it’s posible! she ended up telling me she will call back and till now nothing!!!

    @AskNationwide Yes but none with the ease of use of not using a card reader. You are removing a service you don’t have a proper alternative for? Is nationwide ever going to get modern and get rid of the card reader?

    @AskNationwide @jennyx I’m having the same issue. Very embarrassing when I tried to transfer money to pay for goods in Poundland and had to walk out without them!
