I’m not a customer but have travelled specially to your Brentwood branch to advise of the death of my mother, only to find the door locked at 2pm not 4.30 as stated. Great!

Also it says in my account the payment is in a queue, no need to resend, but on the actual purchase it says unsuccessful. So which is it, will it need to be resent once you've fixed the issues?
