@AskNationwide Wouldn’t it be a good idea to update your website with the actual opening hours of branches? I’m not a customer but have travelled specially to your Brentwood branch to advise of the death of my mother, only to find the door locked at 2pm not 4.30 as stated. Great!

Go **** yourselves @AskNationwide, seize all my accounts whilst I’m at work with no notice or access to my own money and no way of getting to a bank all week due to the job I do, resulting in me having no funds for food and supplies for work ! … Close all my accounts now !!

@AskNationwide I have just wired money to a completely different bank as it states you are back to normal. My money has still not been received and no comment came up re me sending the money When are you going to be back to normal. Unhappy customer.

@VickyAllder @AskNationwide Its infuriating all I keep seeing is it’s resolved when its went down again!! I get my salary put into my nw account which i dont have a card for and transfer it to my other accounts to use so this is really screwing me over an absolute joke x
