    @AskNationwide Wouldn’t it be a good idea to update your website with the actual opening hours of branches? I’m not a customer but have travelled specially to your Brentwood branch to advise of the death of my mother, only to find the door locked at 2pm not 4.30 as stated. Great!

    Go **** yourselves @AskNationwide, seize all my accounts whilst I’m at work with no notice or access to my own money and no way of getting to a bank all week due to the job I do, resulting in me having no funds for food and supplies for work ! … Close all my accounts now !!

    @StarlingBank can you liaise with @AskNationwide for some reason their customers cannot make payments to my Business name & payments only go through in my personal name. Nationwide seems to be only one that has this issue & everyone else can use my business name for payments

    @AskNationwide That makes no sense at all what is the difference between me requesting it on the app or in a phone call? Your secure app v me giving all the security details over the phone? CS is about providing the customer with a pleasant journey not jumping through hoops to suit your systems

    @AskNationwide There is no possible way to set up direct debit except calling by phone. This conversation leads to cancel my payment setup instead of setting up to set payment amount. Bank's mistake and customer bearing consequences is not right. Formal complaint filed.

    @AskNationwide I did try that in the end because that number was listed to use for further help. The number the letter said to call ended in 302011
