I’m not a customer but have travelled specially to your Brentwood branch to advise of the death of my mother, only to find the door locked at 2pm not 4.30 as stated. Great!

I tried the online chat - can't help - I called the number - "you need specialist team" - they couldn't help - called number again - reset my login process.. but the questions etc. are not reset.
