@AskNationwide Wouldn’t it be a good idea to update your website with the actual opening hours of branches? I’m not a customer but have travelled specially to your Brentwood branch to advise of the death of my mother, only to find the door locked at 2pm not 4.30 as stated. Great!

Go **** yourselves @AskNationwide, seize all my accounts whilst I’m at work with no notice or access to my own money and no way of getting to a bank all week due to the job I do, resulting in me having no funds for food and supplies for work ! … Close all my accounts now !!

@AskNationwide 24 mins on hold to Spk to someone to be told that’s the wrong department the she says she’s transferring me. Currently 36 mins on hold… maybe I should take the money you’d earn on my mortgage elsewhere. Awful service. Online chat isn’t working either.

@ashridgepf @HenryPryor You can currently get a 4.2% fix with @AskNationwide - locked in 6 months in advance of the current deal ending. If people can't afford that, plan that, or don't have the nous to pay an exit fee to take care of their business, then they've got no business buying houses.

@james_m2603 @AskNationwide I am having exactly the same issue, and it’s disgusting that I’ll have to pay more due to Nationwide’s failure to answer my call. This is totally their fault, and they should honour todays rates.
