    @AskNationwide Wouldn’t it be a good idea to update your website with the actual opening hours of branches? I’m not a customer but have travelled specially to your Brentwood branch to advise of the death of my mother, only to find the door locked at 2pm not 4.30 as stated. Great!

    @AskNationwide I have had a call with them this morning. Told me they can't do anything. So I have to go into customer service hell with both of you again. This is not right.

    Go **** yourselves @AskNationwide, seize all my accounts whilst I’m at work with no notice or access to my own money and no way of getting to a bank all week due to the job I do, resulting in me having no funds for food and supplies for work ! … Close all my accounts now !!

    @AskNationwide Have tried several times to apply for a Flex Regular Saver. Your website tells me it is unable to do it and to try again in 48 hours and then logs me out. I have left it for 48 hours twice now, and it still comes up with the same message. Please advise. Thanks.

    @TescoBankNews called customer service to advise I was going abroad. When I tried using my card they blocked it even after advising it… stuck in a foreign country with nothing. After speaking with CS they basically couldn’t give two sh*ts stick to a good bank like @AskNationwide

    @AskNationwide @Sandra0686 Did you not test this before launching? I don't want to have to keep deleting and reinstalling. It just makes me think about other providers. Please fix it.
