I’m not a customer but have travelled specially to your Brentwood branch to advise of the death of my mother, only to find the door locked at 2pm not 4.30 as stated. Great!

I've just read some tweets about families who cant eat tonight and mortgages that wont be paid and all they have done is send a generic reply. Its shameful and disgusting in how they are handling that with no offer of support.
