    @AskNationwide #disappointed can’t get through to branch says on website open phones. It answered and saying closed ! Wanted to give notice of withdrawing large amount of money rather than just turn up !

    @AskNationwide It says “we’re currently experiencing a technical problem please try again or view our service availability page” when I go to that it says all is normal

    @AskNationwide Ah shame, seems bit silly though as it's a win for everyone and you'll basically make the money back within 18 months or lose a customer to another bank. Odd one that. Thanks

    @Angemala1 @AskNationwide OMG, I just had the EXACT same issue! Opened an account an no card reader sent with card and PIN. Needed to make payment and couldn't. Why can't I just use biometrics on phone!? Complaint submitted and when £200 credited to my account I'm switching back to old bank straight away!

    @AskNationwide No can do. My nearest branch is 30 mins drive away and I can’t go until Saturday. I never had this issue with my previous bank. Pretty big inconvenience

    @AskNationwide @mlcpfc1 They are awful. Basically you need to carry one about with you to pay anyone instead of using biometrics on phone. Totally outdated so I'm switching as soon as practical.

    @AskNationwide From NW. "Nationwide Building Society advised us that you have a debit card with them but you did not tell us . Therefore, we would advise that you contact them directly to resolve this issue."

    @AskNationwide My son is an international student in USA. He is trying to change his mobile number on his account by using the number +44 1793 656789. When he asks about changing his account details it just hangs up on him. Can you help?
