    @AskNationwide can you please advise when my issue will be resolved. Advised your systems are all down. Advised that issue been escalated and to wait for response. No further infomation/help given and would not be put through to payment dept

    @AskNationwide Wouldn’t it be a good idea to update your website with the actual opening hours of branches? I’m not a customer but have travelled specially to your Brentwood branch to advise of the death of my mother, only to find the door locked at 2pm not 4.30 as stated. Great!

    @AskNationwide #disappointed can’t get through to branch says on website open phones. It answered and saying closed ! Wanted to give notice of withdrawing large amount of money rather than just turn up !

    @AskNationwide Your phone and web chat teams haven’t been very good in the past and it’s taken Tracy M to get things sorted last time o had issues that the web and phone teams didn’t sort !
