I’m not a customer but have travelled specially to your Brentwood branch to advise of the death of my mother, only to find the door locked at 2pm not 4.30 as stated. Great!

Pay sent again Friday and yesterday and still no money. Nationwide can't tell Me why and now my direct debits are due and I've no money. Last of money spent on a shop for the kids last night.

Had to go to branch to start credit payment recovery, total nightmare and poor service from the phones. Big complaint coming. If nw paid decent rates then would not need to move.
