I’m not a customer but have travelled specially to your Brentwood branch to advise of the death of my mother, only to find the door locked at 2pm not 4.30 as stated. Great!

I then opened my online banking account to see it is being processed 3 times, due to a payments issue with yourselves. How can I stop all 3 payments being made?
