If it’s illegal I do invite someone to come and arrest me for trying to take care of my parents. It would stop the pain of having to do so. I feel like I’m the very first person on the planet to have parents with dementia.

I just find it really odd that in the 21st century we still have to go into a branch (which is closed today btw) usually at times we're working so inconvenient, and present the same ID we would present online? No letter to tell me there’s an issue, just removed the account. Only removed one account even though both have the same issue.

Meanwhile in the app you're offering new triple access ISA deals at 4%. Why have you reduced my current one, while offering new deals at the higher rate mine started at?
