If it’s illegal I do invite someone to come and arrest me for trying to take care of my parents. It would stop the pain of having to do so. Is that correct? In which case if you need a refund onto a card you don't have you have no way of getting the refund.

Joy Brooks (@JoyBrooks99) reported@AskNationwide Will someone please answer post or the phone or call back. Every avenue to communicate with customers service is blocked. Call backs don't register as an incoming call so these are missed and you have to go through the whole rigmarole again.
