    Banked with @AskNationwide many moons ago. Seen in the news that they’re struggling to process payments - THIS CLOSE TO CHRISTMAS. They were a calamity then & it seems like nothing has changed. Join a challenger bank - they value your custom and offer excellent customer service!

    @MarkMillarx889 @AskNationwide Hi Mark, I’m simply offering service fee. If it’s illegal I do invite someone to come and arrest me for trying to take care of my parents. It would stop the pain of having to do so. I feel like I’m the very first person on the planet to have parents with dementia.

    @AskNationwide If only that were true I wouldn’t of spent from the beginning of March until now trying to sort out my parents with dementia‘s problems in finance all perpetuated by you. it’s like I’m the very first person to ever have parents with dementia

    Genuinely very impressed with @AskNationwide mortgage switching service. Took me 5 mins online to switch to a new deal, better interest rate, was able to change term of loan and didn’t have to pay a fee for switching to a new deal with 3 months left on old one. Bravo!

    @RJW373 @AskNationwide Well, IMHO, they ceased being a BS when they pushed through an amendment to their policies that allowed them to access money on the open markets. Even their staff on twitter thought they lend the money we deposit !!! I personally hope to see it go bankrupt now.

    @AskNationwide Hello, no. I used the chat/messaging system to contact and ended up explaining the situation to someone centrally. He sent an email to Luton, with my contact detail and explanation of the problem. Am anxious on 2 aspects. 1) have pbks been received? 2) have these been returned?
