@AskNationwide has the most appalling customer service & website. The ‘fund your account’ link when trying to transfer money to an ISA does not work. Your phone line 03457302010 is useless; spoke to someone, waited 10 minutes then were cut off. #atrocious

@mick_hyde @AskNationwide In case this helps anyone. I'm on Virgin media and can't login via app or website. I switched off WiFi on my mobile phone and can now login to app. Definitely a Virgin media problem.

@AskNationwide Yes. When I scroll down the list of my bank transactions it says "load more transactions" then I click on that it takes me right back. If I'm scrolling to let's say 12 months ago it takes absolutely ages

At 17.30 I called @AskNationwide breakdown service who use @TheAA_UK I'm still stood on the side of the road waiting for recovery. Unacceptable.
