    @AskNationwide I have been calling you all day. Your automated service is like a robot getting it wrong over and over again. Then when she finally gives up there is a recorded message saying you can’t take calls, no reason, no alternative offered. Massive #customerexperience fail

    Banked with @AskNationwide many moons ago. Seen in the news that they’re struggling to process payments - THIS CLOSE TO CHRISTMAS. They were a calamity then & it seems like nothing has changed. Join a challenger bank - they value your custom and offer excellent customer service!

    @AskNationwide @BettyLhaschnoo Sarah. We can DM you the address of the property directly and you can then call the buyers TODAY and expediate this TODAY. They have been told this appalling delay is down to people working from home due to Covid:19. Diabolical excuse for lazy customer service.

    @AskNationwide Yes and going through the various filters and security. I was cut off at 5pm, then repeated the call to receive the automated message to call back during hours Mon-Fri 9-5. Have you got a direct number for CHAPS related problems? Because im getting nowhere with that one.

    @AskNationwide Yep, I've tried the app while connected to my home WiFi and through my phone data but still can't connect. Never usually have any issues

    @AskNationwide I know because they cut me off at 5PM, mid phone call. I selected a different route on the number above and eventually got through. They don’t have access to CHAPS payment apparently, so it was a waste of time. Looks like I’ll be chasing again tomorrow, great!!
