@AskNationwide I’ve just called your credit card number (number provided by an agent via the chat in the banking app) and on both occasions I’ve been told they can’t hear me… I first called from my landline and then my mobile - is there an issue with your phone provider?

@AskNationwide I know you’re trying to help and I appreciate that. It’s not your fault, it’s just a pretty poor system. I used to bank with nationwide and left about 12 years ago to Halifax. I came back for the £200 offer. Honestly beginning to wonder if it’s worth it.

@AskNationwide I was told by the mortgage assistant that a manager didn’t want to speak to me because they couldn’t do anything to help. Checking that I had heard what she had said correctly, she said ‘yes’ that was what she had been told by a manager. 2/4
