@AskNationwide Trying to do it via the app. Go through your horrendous process of typing all the details in. The Id check of the other account fails, but try and continue anyway. Do the whole 90s card reader thing. Go to send the payment and the. It fails and says try later. Not working at all

@AskNationwide I had someone set up as a payee on my account, and they seem to have randomly disappeared from my account. I’m pretty sure I did not remove them, so i’m really confused about whats happened…any help?

@AskNationwide Thanks Emi I'll do that. I have raised a complaint already with AA but it can take up to 8 weeks for a response. Doesn't help while I have no car. I'm not interested in an apology from them. I just need a car.

@AskNationwide your banking website fails in Chrome but works in Edge (when trying to submit "Respond" data using card reader).
