    @AskNationwide I have been calling you all day. Your automated service is like a robot getting it wrong over and over again. Then when she finally gives up there is a recorded message saying you can’t take calls, no reason, no alternative offered. Massive #customerexperience fail

    .@AskNationwide why is bank transfer to my current acct taking so long? UK relative released funds 2 hrs ago, after his cheque didn't clear (he investigated and was told no problem with his cheque, but NWide told me problem was at his end) ?!

    @AskNationwide Yes but my question is, when an urgent request is received, why is it not possible to treat this as such? Santander has provided my statement within 3 days! It is poor customer service, I should be able to get proof of the money I hold whenever it is required

    @AskNationwide No, I never prefer phones. I've been refreshing for ages. Wouldn't this all be so much simpler if I could do it for myself like I used to be able to do before some eejit decided to restrict access to the last 15 months only. I'd have finished that bit by now and you'd have peace

    @AskNationwide Yeah iPhone 7 and SE (second generation) The app seems to work still other than this issue. So, do you think there will be an app update to fix?

    @AskNationwide I want to transfer 65,000 but can only do it over initial deposit and 5 working days thereafter which would equate to 60,000 according to you're reply. Can you advise?

    @AskNationwide That's the problem though, you can't speak to anyone on the 03457 number you've suggested without putting account numbers in etc :-( Please could I DM you regarding the information that I need?
