@AskNationwide No money in it. Some, but not all of this is down to the incompetencies or down right criminal activities of some of your employees on the fraud department. How am I supposed to get paid, make payments, buy materials for work, all while I have a blocked unusable bank account?

@AskNationwide Several in the South of the country but I really wouldn’t want to name branches as they have enough on their plates. It just seems there’s not enough staff and those in are overwhelmed with customer queries. I felt sorry for them.

@AskNationwide OK - Thanks for your prompt response. I am a UK member but unfortunately I do not have a UK mobile number. I only have an International roaming mobile number that I use through out the entire world. How do I over come this problem? Thank you.

@AskNationwide had a mortgage complaint logged since 29th which is ongoing. No one has called back. I’m getting passed from pillar to post causing untold stress, spent hours on the phone to you and no one will help resolve our issues. Absolute joke.
