@AskNationwide I have been calling you all day. Your automated service is like a robot getting it wrong over and over again. Then when she finally gives up there is a recorded message saying you can’t take calls, no reason, no alternative offered. Massive #customerexperience fail

@AskNationwide It's android obviously. I have done that I have un installed it and re installed it twice now. So naturally I have the most up-to-date version. Still throwing up the same error message though.

@AskNationwide Yes move bank when you pay me my compo from complaint lodded on 21st dec21 and still not sorted but once I pay I'm of your bank caused me £1000 in lost wages over Xmas season with your issues with deposits
