@AskNationwide This is not acceptable! We have bills coming out that have not been paid because of your issues with wages being paid into our account. I’m unable to collect my Christmas food shop because the money is not in there and should be! I now don’t have Christmas dinner for my girls!

Shocking “customer service” from @CET_UK “home emergency” as part of @AskNationwide home insurance. 6 days without heating and hot water and continuously told they “can’t do anymore for me today” to get it fixed.

@AskNationwide Any idea how long your payments system will be down for? Keep checking to see if I’ve been paid but it says there is a payments issue.
