Aston Lord of Who 🦁 (@AstonoftheLord) reported@MichaelFra89678 @SkhTrains @AskNationwide Then maybe save some money like the rest of us and you will get a little bit of help. If you can’t save £100 by your age then you are not making good financial decisions.

Matty M (@wanna_be_dj) reported@AskNationwide No correspondence from you and you send me a letter asking me to call you. NO!!!. I have left you because of how you treated me. You’ve now added charges onto my account and again, that’s down to you and the way you treated me. Remove charges and add 50% discount for the distress caused and the hassle for me to move banks and I’ll pay.

Jordan (@JordanPostingX) reported@AskNationwide Good morning. When the email is sent saying "we've popped you a new card in the post", is that sent as soon as it goes to the postal service or when the post is due for delivery and do you send First Class or Second Class please? Thanks.

Jordan (@JordanPostingX) reported@AskNationwide It was a simple query. Some people can't even do simple tasks. Quit your job and let someone else do it that actually wants to help customers. I don't need to call up and give my blood group, star sign, favourite colour etc for you to tell me whether you use 1st or 2nd class mail
