@AskNationwide I have been calling you all day. Your automated service is like a robot getting it wrong over and over again. Then when she finally gives up there is a recorded message saying you can’t take calls, no reason, no alternative offered. Massive #customerexperience fail

@AskNationwide your service is appalling, customer service representatives rude. Mortgage application 3 weeks later no email or phone call update. Promises of calls never returned.

@AskNationwide We haven't heard anything back. You may also note that people with Irish surnames cannot currently open FlexPlus accounts. We actually want to pay for an account, but your useless online system will not allow it. This is not the excellent service we are used to from Nationwide.

@AskNationwide I completed the form on Tuesday afternoon, but a shame that this couldn’t be handled in a contact centre, that would be far more convenient as a customer

@AskNationwide And no DMs. Let's keep this public until we see a genuine effort to sort the problem out.

@AskNationwide No. I haven't got time. Over to you. The reputation of the Nationwide rests in your hands. Will you tolerate basic programming errors in core online systems? Should we all be worried about the quality and safety of other Nationwide systems?

@AskNationwide what's going on with your customer service? 6 weeks to get a response to a complaint, which you have apparently investigated without speaking to the complainant (which apparently, is impossible even in this connected world). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

@AskNationwide It is a totally unforgivable error that should not be tolerated. Why is this not being addressed immediately?
