@AskNationwide I have been calling you all day. Your automated service is like a robot getting it wrong over and over again. Then when she finally gives up there is a recorded message saying you can’t take calls, no reason, no alternative offered. Massive #customerexperience fail

@eosgreg @AskNationwide Yeah I just tried it again 10mins ago in case it had been fixed but still the same 😢 definitely seems like a system error. Annoying when you work through the week and want to get things done at the weekend 👎🏼

Don't @AskNationwide 1. For you inconvenience everything you pay for on a website will also have to be autherised with our App 2. For your inconvenience anyone you want to pay via your phone will also have to be authorised with a separate pin-reader you'll not have nor find 🤬
