@AskNationwide please direct me how to escalate a complaint with regard to your Home Emergency Cover provided by CET? We have water ingress to the kitchen, ruining worktops and electrics each time it rains. Their “fix” has not worked and they refuse to attend again. 1/2

@AskNationwide I’m a Nationwide customer. Today I received a cheque which I need to pay into my account. Unlike other banks it can’t be paid in via the app and can’t even be paid in via the Post Office. So my options are: journey into town to pay in or send it by post. Really? Must do better!
