    Losing patience now. Broke down in France on Friday. Breakdown cover with @AskNationwide. It's now Tuesday and we’re still waiting for the garage to give an estimate let alone repair it. Car hire extended until Thursday by which point we’ll have been stranded here a week.

    @AskNationwide Emailed asking me to call, didn't call me, phones said 5 min wait, 15 mins of awful jazz later put thru to someone not trained to deal with option I selected....back in queue... 22 mins...your query was your internal processes, nothing I needed to know as cmr at all. Appalling

    @AskNationwide Have already complained. That doesn't help with the issue that @AskNationwide seems incapable of connecting my Dad’s account to mine so that I am able to manage his account online.

    @AskNationwide can you confirm that you are following the latest @mhclg guidance and not asking for an EWS1 on low risk buildings of less than 18m? Let’s say, a 3 storey block, brick built, with metal balconies/timber floor (less than 1.5m2). For example.

    Waited on phone line for 6 mins and now cut off by your operative. You tell me to go online but the issue can’t be sorted online. @AskNationwide 24/7 phone lines meant no help yesterday at all for online banking that you have blocked. 👎🏼
