@AskNationwide I have been calling you all day. Your automated service is like a robot getting it wrong over and over again. Then when she finally gives up there is a recorded message saying you can’t take calls, no reason, no alternative offered. Massive #customerexperience fail

@AskNationwide When reporting a card as lost or stolen in online banking it asks to enter the lost or stolen card into a card reader to verify.. have been told by your colleague on Twitter that it’s a known issue within nationwide and is being looked into ..

@AskNationwide since installing iOS16 on Monday, my Nationwide app is taking around 20 secs to get to FaceID when before it was almost instant. Using 70Mbps broadband so no issues there … you had at least 4 months of betas to prepare so what’s the issue?
