    @AskNationwide I don’t see why they should when the issue is on your side. The SO goes in every month without issue yet the one time you have a problem it doesn’t. I see that as your responsibility to resolve, not the originating party

    @AskNationwide can't access the banking app this afternoon, getting an error message even though I'm using correct digits from passcode. Now locked out for 30 minutes. Is this a known issue for anyone else today?

    @AskNationwide I have had a call with them this morning. Told me they can't do anything. So I have to go into customer service hell with both of you again. This is not right.

    @AskNationwide It's not Barclays issue. 5 x payments were sent from Barclays at the same time. 3 of those have been delayed but received into my Nationwide account. 2 are missing. This isn't a Barclays issue.....it's a Nationwide one. Please get in touch to confirm how this will be resolved.
