@AskNationwide I have been calling you all day. Your automated service is like a robot getting it wrong over and over again. Then when she finally gives up there is a recorded message saying you can’t take calls, no reason, no alternative offered. Massive #customerexperience fail

@AskNationwide what’s your data protection protocol for a customer requesting a copy of a bank statement in branch? I just obtained one while stood in the queue outside by just handing an employee my bank card, no details given/ID shown/pin given which feels a bit sketchy 😬

@alexbloor No, I'm putting @AskNationwide up for the "shittest bank" award. Refused to let me access my own money in an "instant access" account for several months, forgot to do a CHAPS transfer which almost caused my house purchase to fall through, refused to discuss it on the phone. 1/2

@AskNationwide Thanks again Karen. I take your point but she (I) uploaded a copy of her drivers licence with the online application as proof of her ID. There is clearly an issue at your end. She has decided to go elsewhere because she’s getting nowhere with your organisation.
