Took me 5 mins online to switch to a new deal, better interest rate, was able to change term of loan and didn’t have to pay a fee for switching to a new deal with 3 months left on old one. Bravo!

Well done nationwide. Lost a customer and you don’t care

How in this day & age can a system error cause an application to need to be manually re-keyed with a 10 day timescale. This is after it was agreed!Only told of issue on day of completion. Causing untold stress.
