Nationwide Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • privatehireguy PHG 🚖 (@privatehireguy) reported

@Debbiecrosbie1 the “service” I have received from @AskNationwide is atrocious. All I’m trying to do is manage my elderly mum’s account (I have POA). Constant issues, faults not logged and no way to transfer money unless I go in branch?? Waste of my time. Will be leaving ASAP.

  • Samanfaa_xo Samantha Ives (@Samanfaa_xo) reported

@AskNationwide is there a problem with payments? Someone transferred money to me from their nationwide over an hour ago and it’s still not in my account?

  • Porlocking Alison Bancroft (@Porlocking) reported

@Keir_Starmer @AskNationwide @Heidi_Labour Stopping it going up isn't going to help people already having problems is it? How's about putting it down? That'll save taxing extortionate profits, thus saving money in administration costs.

  • Ivansanford3 Ivan sanford (@Ivansanford3) reported

@Keir_Starmer @AskNationwide @Heidi_Labour Your like a bloody parrot saying the same thing over and over again! What are your plans on other important issues? & costings as well of cause.

  • copdawoot Sir Cop DaWoot … seems anyone can get one! (@copdawoot) reported

@Keir_Starmer @AskNationwide @Heidi_Labour Something that didn’t happen #56 … you wouldn’t go the bank to ask for help over rising costs, they won’t help you , you’d go citizen advice

  • Obiwanyouknowme Gareth Francis (@Obiwanyouknowme) reported

@AskNationwide Ps you say 8-6 I have called twice at 8:15 to be advised by the automated service that the lines are closed. #betterplanning #spreadthestaff

  • undertakereddie Edward Perkins (@undertakereddie) reported

@Keir_Starmer @AskNationwide @Heidi_Labour They are very good building society. A few months ago i had my bank account card hacked into and nationwide delt with the problem very quicky and didn't lose any of my money.

  • Tcaddy5 Tcaddy (@Tcaddy5) reported

@Keir_Starmer @AskNationwide @Heidi_Labour Seriously, Starmer is at a building society, a business built on maximising profit from people needing a home, and discussing people's problem with exploitation, That stupid fker is an absolute joke ! Labour members how can you stomach this idiot ?

  • DavidPe61785198 David Pemberton (@DavidPe61785198) reported

@Keir_Starmer @AskNationwide @Heidi_Labour And to fix it labour want to print some more not so free money 🤔

  • opaqueentity opaqueentity (@opaqueentity) reported

@Keir_Starmer @AskNationwide @Heidi_Labour Which is not enough. And no you wouldn't stop the cap from going up, the cap is based on market prices, even if you were PM you can't control that price. Our suppliers have to pay marketrate to supply us. Use windfall tax to support them is one thing, but even that is not enough.
