Is that correct? In which case if you need a refund onto a card you don't have you have no way of getting the refund.

Trying to claim back loss of AirB&B cost from @AskNationwide Flex Plus (covered by @avivaplc) and being told 'Underwriters are discussing it'. Checked Ts&Cs and we have complied with all.
