    After 3 months @AskNationwide still can not get through to #themortgageworks to discuss anything! Phone cuts you off with no option to speak to a human. Website for existing customers doesn’t work. Woeful. #customerexperience #poor

    Banked with @AskNationwide many moons ago. Seen in the news that they’re struggling to process payments - THIS CLOSE TO CHRISTMAS. They were a calamity then & it seems like nothing has changed. Join a challenger bank - they value your custom and offer excellent customer service!

    Right I have contacted @AskNationwide a couple of times as my credit card statement don’t look right and I have spoken to someone and neither do they. Can’t get through on the phone because they keep saying they can’t hear me. Is this anyway to treat a loyal customer. 😡😡

    @AskNationwide Well I do hope that it's sorted before any other transactions go through today because I'm expecting a payment of £500 into my account and also expecting Tfl to take money from my account overnight. If the problem isn't sorted out then I will not be able to get to work tomorrow.

    @AskNationwide frequently when using Nationwide App on iPhone, the screen freezes when trying to establish a connection. Resolution is to switch phone off/on but it’s a nuisance. I have also tried deleting app and reloading. Is this a common problem?

    @AskNationwide She need some help, she was working a care home, a resident pulled her over in July and broke her humerus she was about to retire early so is living off esa and no income. I would love to help her but lost my Job November and can just about keep my car on the road.
