@AskNationwide Hi, my new card finally arrived but my card reader hasn’t. Is there a way for you to track it? I’ve been trying to move money for weeks - it’s been painfully slow. Thank you

@AskNationwide Thank you. Have forwarded to her but can anyone help her for moving house on 4 August? Not her fault your web site isn't working and giving out the wrong information

@AskNationwide And now I’ve been told that I’ll have to wait 5 working days for my query (insufficient interest paid) to get a response. Very unsatisfactory

@AskNationwide why are you excluding existing customers with a 1 year triple access account that has variable interest rates from the interest rate increase that you are applying to new accounts. This is bad business ! You advertise that this is the family bank.

@AskNationwide No. I'm too busy writing cheques now to do your fault finding for you. Once I've done that I'll visit one of your branches and close all my accounts. You've clearly got IT issues and that's a massive concern!!!

@AskNationwide I understand that your customers cannot use an overseas mobile number? As seemingly your system will only accept UK mobiles, is that correct? How are you assisting your UK customers with this issue?

@AskNationwide Shame you're not when it comes to actually resolving your mistakes and not even acknowledging complaints. Terrible customer service!!
