    @AskNationwide Yes I do app is upto date using android device. A quick search on the Internet and it seems hundreds are having the same issue

    @AskNationwide I receive a letter so try calling 3 numbers with no luck to resolve the issue. I speak to a help desk agent but I can’t solve my issue through them. I have to call. I’ve now been on hold for 15 mins and no resolution. After the other no.s cutting me off.

    @AskNationwide Finding it hard to even pay in my money!! I have a cheque I’ve been trying to pay in but the branch I go to isn’t open at a weekend, inconsistent hours in the week - impossible for full time working customers!!

    @AskNationwide Why can't I use secure messaging now? Your IM handler is demanding I explain my disability to them despite my having told you I can't come to branch etc before. I explained being questioned in this way is triggering my MH issues. Not impressed.
