@AskNationwide your service is poor and unacceptable, no tailored comments to even try to address what the problems are. Useless corporate robots who aren't affected in the slightest by your lack of capacity to follow out basic necessities and functionalities. Been waiting hours.

@AskNationwide should texts not be sent out as soon as this happens to avoid people sending money, now I'm waiting on a payment to enter my account to do anything, that payment could have been sent another way with prior warning about the issue

@AskNationwide I understand the issue, however nothing has been communicated to us via email or text. It wasn’t until I was paying for something after I had transferred money and it got declined, I checked my account. The lack of communication is very poor.
