@AskNationwide absolutely disgusted with this bank payments down just before Christmas and now down new years eve of all times I'm definitely changing my bank can't even top up any gas or electric as the money isn't in my bank I will definitely be contacting the ombudsmen

@AskNationwide site says minimal disruption to payments going in, weekends and early morning hours. We're Friday 07.05am, wages haven't gone in, second time this has happened now in space of couple weeks, just not on 😡

@AskNationwide due to run out of electricity this morning, and our supermarket order cancelled because wages not in bank. Bad service, resolve this quickly.
