And explained to me that they consult with them but make policy in line with their own values. Which values lead then to associate with the SW hate groups. Such a shame. I was happy customer

Sorry to jump on another complaint, came on here because my partner’s been stuck on a phone for 1hr20 so far. What do Halifax think is an acceptable time to wait?
