@AskNationwide I have been ignoring it. When you put this number into Google, there are some claims that it is a number of Nationwide's, there are some saying it is a scam. I am a Nationwide customer, but this looked fishy. I've had a number of calls from this number today.

@asylumseekerx @AskNationwide I had the exact same experince with every single bank in the UK. It was awful. I was finally able to open an account with @Barclays. Guess why? because I found a branch where one of the employers was once an asylum seeker herself and could empathise so she found a way to help me.

@AskNationwide why can't anyone help I'm trying to move my account to you and at the final page it freezes I have reference number status show incomplete you hit the continue button it says error occurred contact us but when you contact you can't help very annoying
