    @AskNationwide sent chaps payment before 3pm cut off time yesterday. Money is still sitting in my bank! Really dont want to use the chaps service anymore can I cancel it? Also speaking to someone on the phone seems impossible when I complete on my house I am switching from you!

    @AskNationwide Hi recently tried to make a purchase it came up with me needing verification which I did and on the site I was on it said it failed but I checked my account it says the money was taken out and is currently pending can someone help me out please thanks!
