    @AskNationwide Despite all your TV advertising re customer service, it appears to be non-existent. Impossible to get past the AI bot to reach your โ€˜dedicated teamsโ€™. They are dedicated to being uncontactable, it seems. Iโ€™ll be looking for recommendations about banks which do actually careโ€ฆ

    @AskNationwide I have switched my bank over to you fully and still have no option setting up biometrics to remove card reader. Be coming an issue as canโ€™t send my teenager funds if needed. How long after switching will this take to be an option?
