    Unable to make a small SEPA payment the one time I actually want it to work. Chat agent was useless told me there might be a glitch. Seriously @AskNationwide is this the level of support for a core business function?

    @Claire__McClean @AskNationwide You have a physical card with the number on. Apple Pay uses a completely different number that nobody has access to. You need to talk to the vendor that you did the transaction with & they will know how to refund you.

    @AskNationwide my father is having issue with the android version of the app it will not let him put his pass number in, it’s up to date and uninstalled and reinstalled and it’s still not letting him put in his pass number. What can we do to fix it?

    @AskNationwide A week ago my card was stopped in branch due to me spotting fraudulent activities. Still awaiting my new card, and email or a text. Very poor service, but I am use to this from Nationwide.

    In germany and cant use #visa cards to pay due to system failure. Not sure what thats about but thankfully had a small amount of cash or would be washing dishes. Waiter tells me its "europe-wide" issue? @AskNationwide any idea if this is a wider system issue or me specific πŸ€”

    @DebiEvansMatron @AskNationwide What sort of problem? I'm with them and have been my whole life. And ok although I don't like them merging with virgin. I've not had an issue.
