    @AskNationwide Well I do hope that it's sorted before any other transactions go through today because I'm expecting a payment of £500 into my account and also expecting Tfl to take money from my account overnight. If the problem isn't sorted out then I will not be able to get to work tomorrow.

    @AskNationwide maybe you can help me, seeing as your in-branch staff just said “go online” and your phone line has had me on hold for 30 minutes. I want to close a savings account and take out the money, but I can see no button to click on for this in online banking.

    @AskNationwide why are the cashiers in your EMPTY Twickenham branch refusing to accept a cash deposit over the counter? Instead directing me to use a paying in machine stating FlexDirect accounts are self service accounts. Great way to lose a customer. 👍🏾

    @AskNationwide One says to re-submit the details on the website. The second ( not addressed to my name but has my postcode at the top and bottom again ) has urgency to get back to them before 8th July or they are out of time to assist with the claim.

    @AskNationwide Yes it was- from a nationwide current account to a nationwide credit card. Normally there’s no issues and it goes through fairly quickly but all of my recent transactions are still sitting pending 🤯

    @AskNationwide I've just tried to pay £5 into my account at the Manchester Market Street ATM but it took ages processing and then said it was unable to return my cash and to speak to a member of staff, but the branch isn't open at this time. Can you help please?

    @AskNationwide Hi @AskNationwide my cheque was paid in on Saturday and although it is now appearing in my online account, it is not reflected in my available balance. I thought this was guaranteed to be cleared by 11:59pm on the next working day? Please explain, thanks.
