@AskNationwide maybe you can help me, seeing as your in-branch staff just said “go online” and your phone line has had me on hold for 30 minutes. I want to close a savings account and take out the money, but I can see no button to click on for this in online banking.

@AskNationwide I have tried different browsers as I am part way thru doing a poxy form for @yourcolchester who insists bank statement for a council tax rebate to prove it's my account. Its not working on any browser.

@AskNationwide been on hold for 14 minutes, very poor service. Keeps telling me i will be answered shortly but that is simply untrue. I want to raise 3 transaction disputes which cannot be done online. This is such poor service and please do not trot out the old “covid” excuse🙄

@HalifaxBank @BigG52865413 That is a staggeringly poor response. Do you propose any solution? Sorry to jump on another complaint, came on here because my partner’s been stuck on a phone for 1hr20 so far. What do Halifax think is an acceptable time to wait? I’ve always had good service from @AskNationwide
