    @AskNationwide maybe you can help me, seeing as your in-branch staff just said “go online” and your phone line has had me on hold for 30 minutes. I want to close a savings account and take out the money, but I can see no button to click on for this in online banking.

    @AskNationwide why are the cashiers in your EMPTY Twickenham branch refusing to accept a cash deposit over the counter? Instead directing me to use a paying in machine stating FlexDirect accounts are self service accounts. Great way to lose a customer. 👍🏾

    @AskNationwide Wow, your bank transfer system is now so secure that it is impossible for me to use it to pay an invoice. If I have a reference code for a payment, how can it have "invalid characters"? It is what it is, not what some ignorant programmer thinks it ought to be.

    @AskNationwide I received absolutely no help or assurances from nationwide and I asked for the complaint to be taken further. All I received was a letter saying that nationwide were satisfied with the actions they took.

    @AskNationwide Hi Jordan, last year I was the victim of a Deliveroo scam. When I contacted nationwide, I was met with no help and one of your colleagues was so unhelpful, it was a distressing situation that was made worse by your colleague..

    @AskNationwide I am however not happy. I didn’t take up the issue then as it was still distressing. I am taking up the issue now. What I want: an apology, my accounts closed. All my money given to me in cash and my credit card debt written off.

    @AskNationwide The issue isn’t getting through it’s about talking to different people each time and nobody being aware of previous conversations . We are existing customers looking for further borrowing for an extension. Honestly it’s been so time consuming that we’re at the point of giving up!
