@AskNationwide why are the cashiers in your EMPTY Twickenham branch refusing to accept a cash deposit over the counter? Instead directing me to use a paying in machine stating FlexDirect accounts are self service accounts. Great way to lose a customer. 👍🏾

@AskNationwide maybe you can help me, seeing as your in-branch staff just said “go online” and your phone line has had me on hold for 30 minutes. I want to close a savings account and take out the money, but I can see no button to click on for this in online banking.

@AskNationwide I have a Visa pay at pump pending payment still showing 3 days after I got petrol on 25th. The £20.04 has been debited on 26th and the £79.96 is still showing as a pending payment. That seems a bit long to me. Can you fix it please

@AskNationwide really disappointed again,FlexPlus customer pay my monthly fee, going on holiday so filled in my details and my medical conditions and got refused cover, what do you cover for my monthly fee. I’m sure what I have paid over the years would cover me.

@AskNationwide good morning, you app is having a technical problem, is there any update on when this will be resolved. Its not my phone as that is working fine as I have done all the necessary resolves and the app is still having tech probs and wont open. Kind regards.
