    @AskNationwide why are the cashiers in your EMPTY Twickenham branch refusing to accept a cash deposit over the counter? Instead directing me to use a paying in machine stating FlexDirect accounts are self service accounts. Great way to lose a customer. 👍🏾

    @MarkMillarx889 @AskNationwide Hi Mark, I’m simply offering service fee. If it’s illegal I do invite someone to come and arrest me for trying to take care of my parents. It would stop the pain of having to do so. I feel like I’m the very first person on the planet to have parents with dementia.

    @AskNationwide Well I do hope that it's sorted before any other transactions go through today because I'm expecting a payment of £500 into my account and also expecting Tfl to take money from my account overnight. If the problem isn't sorted out then I will not be able to get to work tomorrow.

    @AskNationwide That’s falls into one of my issues, my current address is here in the states and my American number can’t be called by yourselves apparently. I have my account linked to my mothers address in the U.K. but obviously I’m not there. So are you saying someone will call my U.S. line??

    @AskNationwide Hi India - that's the number we've been calling the past 7 days. We've been tripped at the final hurdle, because the builder told @AskNationwide that the fix was 'permanent' not 'temporary', and this is (bafflingly) the 'wrong' answer. Very disappointed with your service.

    @AskNationwide Why why why can't I just send a secure message through my account any more. I have to speak to Arti who can't help, and he tells me everyone has gone home. Why can't I just send a secure message for somebody to deal with when they are in. Its truly dreadful!

Unfortunately that bit's out of our hands: @AskNationwide asks the builder whether the fix is 'temporary' or 'permanent' & they proceed on that basis. Now we've checked the small print it seems there are exceptions, tho... It's all so TEDIOUS!

    @AskNationwide Which is extremely useful if you don’t have an English mobile number, costing me £60+ a time to call you when you block my card. So yes you have a number, but no it’s of no ******* use at all
