@MarkMillarx889 @AskNationwide Hi Mark, I’m simply offering service fee. If it’s illegal I do invite someone to come and arrest me for trying to take care of my parents. It would stop the pain of having to do so. I feel like I’m the very first person on the planet to have parents with dementia.

@AskNationwide I went to the cashpoint at 21.20 tonight. I put my card in 1, tapped the number and amt (husband) was standing guard. Took ages to release my card then come up error. Moved to the next one, i did same thing, gave me my cash. Will it have gone out twice/left money in the slot

@AskNationwide Really helpful having your central Bristol branch close at 1300hrs on a Saturday. I mean when would people who work 9-5 do their banking? Certainly not during the week as you close at 1630hrs. I’ll just go another week without being able to access banking services.

@AskNationwide Thanks Marcus. Ongoing issues with your banking app that apparently can’t be solved over the phone. The opening hours are ridiculous, just how are customers meant to access services face to face. It’s almost as though you don’t want us to.

@AskNationwide I am trying to unblock my pin for my card. How do I do this please? Now been on hold for 40 mins. Has there been a reduction in call centre agents? The service level has definitely declined since the pandemic. APPAULLNG!
