@AskNationwide I will be working 7:30-7pm & again will miss a chance to speak to them as advertised on the policy it says 9pm then the phones still cut off at 7pm. I wanted to update a medical condition that I’ve only just found out about. Disappointed.

@AskNationwide why are the cashiers in your EMPTY Twickenham branch refusing to accept a cash deposit over the counter? Instead directing me to use a paying in machine stating FlexDirect accounts are self service accounts. Great way to lose a customer. 👍🏾

@AskNationwide why is the Ely branch forcing people to use the ATM machine to pay money in and withdraw? You've got screens up, customers have to mask up etc, so it's reasonably safe. The ATM wasn't working a few weeks ago and I was still being told I had use it. Changing banks!
