I wanted to update a medical condition that I’ve only just found out about. Disappointed.

Says 2nd May but that's untrue. Doesn't seem to understand weekends or Bank Holidays. Either that or please issue the statement when due.

The 1 year triple access online saver is now no 15 with 1.4% interest. I have no 13 which pays 0.85%.I thus have to open a new a/c and close the old one!
