    @AskNationwide any chance your systems people can fix the recurring issue please where your credit card "next statement is due" date is wrong? Says 2nd May but that's untrue. Doesn't seem to understand weekends or Bank Holidays. Either that or please issue the statement when due.

    @AskNationwide Hi, I have just been chatting online with @Amazon Help who are withdrawing @Visa Credit Card as a payment option because they are unwilling to pay their charges. Will you be issuing customers with a different card provider so we can continue to use Amazon? Thx

    @AskNationwide it is absolutely unacceptable to be on hold for an hour (first call) then get cut of by your customer service team and 25 minutes (second call) to again be cut off... My thoughts would be you clearly don't want my money...

    @AskNationwide I've just tried that and it's still the same. Spinning circle and 'talking to Nationwide' but does not progress from there. Just the same as last time I deleted and reinstalled the app 2 days ago. I've used this app for years and never had any problems until now

    @MacDoesStuff @AskNationwide Yeah in the past Nationwide CS have been ace. Was very disappointed with today including explaining everything resulting in "now write all that down in a form as if this call never happened " approach
