@AskNationwide any chance your systems people can fix the recurring issue please where your credit card "next statement is due" date is wrong? Says 2nd May but that's untrue. Doesn't seem to understand weekends or Bank Holidays. Either that or please issue the statement when due.

@AskNationwide - I've been a customer of Nationwide for over 20 years, but today, the appalling customer service, the complete intransigence of the people on the phones, has lead me to decide to close my account and move my money elsewhere. Nationwide doesn't care!

Don't @AskNationwide 1. For you inconvenience everything you pay for on a website will also have to be autherised with our App 2. For your inconvenience anyone you want to pay via your phone will also have to be authorised with a separate pin-reader you'll not have nor find 🤬

@AskNationwide i've logged a complaint, but what good that will do is anyone's guess. I was told over the phone, by Nationwide's so called 'customer service' that they didn't care how long i'd been a customer! loyalty obviously doesn't mean anything to Nationwide! #Nationwidedoesntcare
