@AskNationwide any chance your systems people can fix the recurring issue please where your credit card "next statement is due" date is wrong? Says 2nd May but that's untrue. Doesn't seem to understand weekends or Bank Holidays. Either that or please issue the statement when due.

@AskNationwide I’m the one who will be sorry when the deal I wanted is withdrawn or the rate goes up by the time I am able to call during your office hours again. Making calls during the working day is pretty much impossible.

@AskNationwide Your telephone service is a joke. I've been waiting for 40 minutes and then the call just cut off and now I'm having to wait all over again. All I need to know is the bank details to make a one off annual overpayment lump sum.

@AskNationwide Hi. Is the Nationwide App working right now? The message says to call 0345 266 0894, which I did. Computer asked for details, then says lines are closed. Is the number a scam?
