    @AskNationwide any chance your systems people can fix the recurring issue please where your credit card "next statement is due" date is wrong? Says 2nd May but that's untrue. Doesn't seem to understand weekends or Bank Holidays. Either that or please issue the statement when due.

    After 3 months @AskNationwide still can not get through to #themortgageworks to discuss anything! Phone cuts you off with no option to speak to a human. Website for existing customers doesn’t work. Woeful. #customerexperience #poor

    @AskNationwide please explain why you have made it impossible to use an online portal that has still not sent me log in details for travel with my flex plus account. As a nurse working shifts I cannot ever access the phone number either! Not helpful or safe. Please help ASAP.

    @AskNationwide I will be working 7:30-7pm & again will miss a chance to speak to them as advertised on the policy it says 9pm then the phones still cut off at 7pm. I wanted to update a medical condition that I’ve only just found out about. Disappointed.

    @AskNationwide Hi Mel, sorry for the delay in my response. I used a different browser and logged in to the main N'wide website, and successfully engaged in an online webchat. I suspect that my normal browser (Google Chrome) requires that the cache needs clearing. Comments?

    @vuecinemas i also tried to speak to 2 customer service agents who refused to help me with this issue by disconnecting the call not offering me a solution to the issue @AskNationwide willing to help me with a possible dispute for lack of service or product ?????

    @AskNationwide Sherrie ive complained about this manytine and all it causes is more stress and hassle yet nothing ever changes. Just the same old rubbish service. Not going through it all gain. As a bank im done with you guys.

    @AskNationwide Yes, it doesn't work. It's an issue on your side, was told it would get fixed in 2 days... Last week I contacted them, I spent 1hr 45 mins on the phone - way too long don't you think ? But thats not the only problem - the site says open till 8pm when its clearly not. Very poor.
