    Genuinely very impressed with @AskNationwide mortgage switching service. Took me 5 mins online to switch to a new deal, better interest rate, was able to change term of loan and didn’t have to pay a fee for switching to a new deal with 3 months left on old one. Bravo!

    @AskNationwide Why make it so complicated for a man his age!!! He went to Lloyd's across the road and withdraw the money at the counter you treated him like a criminal you should be ashamed!!! Customer service zero!!!!

    @AskNationwide I have registered already and previously used this service but it has failed to recognise my details. I have asked for reset details & received no emails to do this. 2 days in a row now. I have also tried to re- register. It not let me? How can I do anything?

    @AskNationwide If only that were true I wouldn’t of spent from the beginning of March until now trying to sort out my parents with dementia‘s problems in finance all perpetuated by you. it’s like I’m the very first person to ever have parents with dementia

    @AskNationwide I will be working 7:30-7pm & again will miss a chance to speak to them as advertised on the policy it says 9pm then the phones still cut off at 7pm. I wanted to update a medical condition that I’ve only just found out about. Disappointed.

    @AskNationwide please explain why you have made it impossible to use an online portal that has still not sent me log in details for travel with my flex plus account. As a nurse working shifts I cannot ever access the phone number either! Not helpful or safe. Please help ASAP.

    @MarkMillarx889 @AskNationwide Hi Mark, I’m simply offering service fee. If it’s illegal I do invite someone to come and arrest me for trying to take care of my parents. It would stop the pain of having to do so. I feel like I’m the very first person on the planet to have parents with dementia.

    @AskNationwide Well I do hope that it's sorted before any other transactions go through today because I'm expecting a payment of £500 into my account and also expecting Tfl to take money from my account overnight. If the problem isn't sorted out then I will not be able to get to work tomorrow.

    @AskNationwide shocking service from nationwide today 40 minutes on a call no staff able to confirm if account holder was a bare trustees, fed total duff info! 4 hours later get an answer! This kind of stuff is important for those going through a bereavement!

    @Nogimics @MartinSLewis @AskNationwide I've only been with them since 2006 when I took out my mortgage and opened a new current account at the same time. Wouldn't dream of moving and yes, the fairer share payment is very welcome! Never had any issues with them.

    Fair play to @AskNationwide. They realised last night I was unlikely to be spending money at a DIY shop, let alone 3 payments in quick succession. They phoned and messaged me to alert me. New card issued and payments refunded already. Excellent service.

    @AskNationwide, as a building society, are supposed to be more ethical than banks. I didn't receive my fairer payment this year because I didn't have money in my savings account, which has never been a problem before. They refused to let me speak to a manager... 1/3

    @AskNationwide Just asked for my card and pin to be sent to my nearest branch, but this 'isn't an option'. If you really are, as you say you are, committed to customer safety and service, why not provide this simple adjustment?

    @MartinSLewis I opened a Nationwide Flex Account when working in London, around 87/88. Even staff commented as my account starts 11. Always been happy so never changed. The fairer share scheme has given 3 x £100 + £50 when they merged with Virgin @AskNationwide do I get a long-service prize?
