@AskNationwide @bigbossman1987 ‘Ongoing fault’ doesn’t mean no updates can go on the site. What are your teams doing to fix it? They (should!) know what the issue is, so just say ‘X caused the issue, Y is what we are doing to fix but we can’t say 100% when it will be fully working’ is better than silence…

@AskNationwide I am still having problems receiving payments into my account since morning! I was due to recieve my wages today and think it's awful you've left people without money! I have DD's due to come out! I've had nothing but problems since moving to this rubbish bank! 😒

@AskNationwide Why are you responses contradicting what your website is saying? Currently NO payments accepted into Nationwide Accs (includes salaries/wages, pensions, BACS). Also saying it will not be sorted until 4th January when staff return from holiday 😡
