@AskNationwide When did Nationwide become impossible to speak to or message or otherwise contact? Your payments system is not working as of 6pm on Friday 7 Nov 2025. You send us to the website which gaslights us by saying all is fine. Your phone wait is almost an hour. Useless!

@8881CFcitleC @DC_1873 @AskNationwide In ‘chat’ they’ve told me to ‘remove the card reader’ (never had one), but to do so I need to scan my face…and then approve via a card reader. After this fiasco I’m definitely leaving as no one to fix issues like this after 6pm or even at all.

@AskNationwide you’ve jut cut me off after speaking with you for the 5th time about my mothers Acc.. she hasn’t been able to access her money since March, debt collectors are now being enforced because he can’t get access to her money! You’re actually evil!
