    @AskNationwide Thanks. Iโ€™ve already logged via the online chat service. In an ironic twist they will apparently call me in 3-5 days. I imagine unless I answer their security questions the conversation might be quite short โ€ฆ

    @AskNationwide Leaving your customers open to identity theft โ€ฆ. Youโ€™re calling people out of the blue ! Really poor practice. And nothing on your website to allow people to check itโ€™s your team either.

    In germany and cant use #visa cards to pay due to system failure. Not sure what thats about but thankfully had a small amount of cash or would be washing dishes. Waiter tells me its "europe-wide" issue? @AskNationwide any idea if this is a wider system issue or me specific ๐Ÿค”

    @AskNationwide There is a problem with the new look internet banking - unable to download statements using Firefox. When switch back to original view then can download statements. It works ok in Chrome

    @AskNationwide I have called your customer service line and have been told that there is no way for me to be sent or be told what my long number on my card is. Is that correct? In which case if you need a refund onto a card you don't have you have no way of getting the refund.

    @AskNationwide Iโ€™m going to raise a complaint. How can you decide to block a payment to HMRC ? the automotive service at HMRC did not recognise my version of my postcode so I tried again and nationwide blocked my card!! Iโ€™ve had to spend another 45mins on the phone to HMRC !!
