    @AskNationwide Great thanks. I'll do that. Genuine question - I noticed earlier that Nationwide only provides investment advice for people who earn over £50k a year. Why so much? It doesn't seem impossible that you might be able to invest without earning so much higher than the average wage.

    @AskNationwide They have asked a member of the mortgage team to contact me in the morning as they could not see what the problem was. I was originally asked to call the mortgage team tomorrow, but today I was on hold for 30mins and then got no useful answers, so hopefully I will hear tomorrow

    @AskNationwide Faster payments down again!! All incoming payments in a que! With no answer how long for! Talk about inconvenience! It’s about time this shambles of a building society was sorted out! All week one issue after the other and the app is a joke!
