    @AskNationwide Why make it so complicated for a man his age!!! He went to Lloyd's across the road and withdraw the money at the counter you treated him like a criminal you should be ashamed!!! Customer service zero!!!!

    @AskNationwide I have had a call with them this morning. Told me they can't do anything. So I have to go into customer service hell with both of you again. This is not right.

    @AskNationwide I am trying to unblock my pin for my card. How do I do this please? Now been on hold for 40 mins. Has there been a reduction in call centre agents? The service level has definitely declined since the pandemic. APPAULLNG!

    @AskNationwide Thanks Craig, I’ve read the article and none of those alternatives help. This is a short sighted decision that undermines the value of PayM for everyone, inconveniences customers who want to make quick payments to someone new, and risks exposing customers to fraud.

    @AskNationwide Thanks Marcus. Ongoing issues with your banking app that apparently can’t be solved over the phone. The opening hours are ridiculous, just how are customers meant to access services face to face. It’s almost as though you don’t want us to.

    @AskNationwide Did I miss the email to customers informing them of why this happened and when the service was restored? Just checking, as with such a large issue affecting all customers, I assume there would be a company response/update.
