    @AskNationwide Why make it so complicated for a man his age!!! He went to Lloyd's across the road and withdraw the money at the counter you treated him like a criminal you should be ashamed!!! Customer service zero!!!!

    @AskNationwide Thanks. I’ve already logged via the online chat service. In an ironic twist they will apparently call me in 3-5 days. I imagine unless I answer their security questions the conversation might be quite short …

    @AskNationwide I’ve opened a new account and sent money to this account from my old bank account. But I cannot transfer the money back to my original account which is a Lloyds account. It comes up with ‘we are experiencing a technical problem’.

    @AskNationwide And now for the record DIXITA has said there’s no problem with the payment to HMRC. I still want to know WHY my payment card was blocked. I’ve had to get on to HMRC and stupidly the ARTI (?) chat!!

    @AskNationwide I opened a triple access ISA last October which started at 4%, now it's been reduced to 3.3%. Meanwhile in the app you're offering new triple access ISA deals at 4%. Why have you reduced my current one, while offering new deals at the higher rate mine started at?
