@The_GayDivorcee @AskNationwide Contact centre are useless, asked for help in a branch and was made to feel like I was stupid.. had to do GDPR request for card dispute which was like a sledgehammer to break a nut, I’m just looking to switch out but not had chance. The payments fiasco was unbelievable.

@AskNationwide when will you fix this issue with the banking app? For over 2 weeks I’ve been trying to move money and am asked for either card reader or Nationwide Banking app authorization, but nothing happens whichever option I choose.

@AskNationwide The app just redirects to the same website, which does the same thing on my phone, which I think validates, that it's broken.
