    @AskNationwide Why make it so complicated for a man his age!!! He went to Lloyd's across the road and withdraw the money at the counter you treated him like a criminal you should be ashamed!!! Customer service zero!!!!

    @AskNationwide I have had a call with them this morning. Told me they can't do anything. So I have to go into customer service hell with both of you again. This is not right.

    @Keir_Starmer @AskNationwide @Heidi_Labour The only way you can help is set up an energy company run not for profit owned by the people and run 4 the people. All customers would then move as it would be cheaper and that would force the top earners to reduce costs and pay out less in dividends and boss bonuses.
