    Hi @AskNationwide you sent me a new debit card but it’s not worked since. I’ve tried using it with my pin, didn’t work. Won’t do contactless. The letter with it said it would work straight away. Please help.

    @AskNationwide it is absolutely unacceptable to be on hold for an hour (first call) then get cut of by your customer service team and 25 minutes (second call) to again be cut off... My thoughts would be you clearly don't want my money...

    @AskNationwide what happens when the person sent out to do an emergency repair hasn't actually repaired the problem? They said someone would be in touch but in the meantime, it's been raining in my bedroom. Thanks.

    @AskNationwide Are you experiencing issues today? Our joint account and my partners current account have had all our debit card payments decline all day and when I log in on the app I can't see the current account, it only shows our mortgage.

    @AskNationwide I’ve tried on my laptop and I’m still having the same issue. I don’t have a card reader - so I am just relying on the text message for security reasons.
