@AskNationwide A ‘technical issue’ occurs occasionally. This is an ongoing problem which needs addressing! ‘No member will be left out of pocket’ some of your customers currently are!!! Right now unable to oay bills etc. SORT IT OUT!!!

@AskNationwide can you please explain, you're telling some people that inbound are now being processed but telling others that only outbound payments are working? I've been waiting since 8.30am for a payment and haven't been able to go food shopping.

@AskNationwide thankfully my pay has come through but I’m waiting for my money to go from my current account to my joint account. Is there still an issue? My text said I’ll try vain at 14.30pm but nothing has come through.
