    Help @AskNationwide I need to make an urgent payment to a new payee today but I’ve forgotten my debit card PIN for use in the card reader - I never use a debit card for spending. Is there anyway I can do this; it seems a very ancient way of doing things?!

    @AskNationwide Hi! I have restarted my phone 3 times but nothing has changed. I have even tried not using my WiFi to see if it was that but still not working.

    @AskNationwide I have tried to ring your 24/7 emergency line but have been told the lines are closed twice now. I transferred funds in branch today to pay bills and like a fool did not check the money has gone across. It hasn’t so I need to find out where it is, can anyone help?

    @AskNationwide My son has recently opened a flexone account and the contactless part isn’t working… he has used the pin to activate the card but contactless still does not work… so not sure who he needs to speak to?
