    @AskNationwide I have had a call with them this morning. Told me they can't do anything. So I have to go into customer service hell with both of you again. This is not right.

    @kellyw2094 @DJ_MICKYT @AskNationwide The money is in Limbo. I sent £7k from TSB to Nationwide this morning and it's gone from TSB but not appeared in NW. Customer services are completely silent about what happens next and when. Literally no update since 7am or whenever I first reported this.

    @AskNationwide Ashley the number you gave me for specialist support was answered immediately but they said they couldn’t help you have to be referred to them previously. They then put me through to someone else I’m currently on hold been 15 mins so far 😢

    @AskNationwide It’s been over four hours now!!!! If this isn’t resolved ASAP this will be the final straw to take my account elsewhere. Seems you’re always having issues with payments in yet always manage to take payment out without problem.

    @AskNationwide shocking service! Never known a bank to take this long to resolve issues! Somethings not right sick of seeing scripted, automated responses which mean nothing several hours later someone needs to start telling the truth!!
