If it’s illegal I do invite someone to come and arrest me for trying to take care of my parents. It would stop the pain of having to do so. Took me 5 mins online to switch to a new deal, better interest rate, was able to change term of loan and didn’t have to pay a fee for switching to a new deal with 3 months left on old one. Bravo!

Didn’t get an email then and didn’t see any savings account interest increase on your website. One way traffic I fear.

Common courtesy would be the standard process of sending a warning that you intend to pull the plug, unless the customer reacts and says to keep it. Not shoot first and then make me repair it.
