If it’s illegal I do invite someone to come and arrest me for trying to take care of my parents. It would stop the pain of having to do so. I’m not a customer but have travelled specially to your Brentwood branch to advise of the death of my mother, only to find the door locked at 2pm not 4.30 as stated. Great!

Took me 5 mins online to switch to a new deal, better interest rate, was able to change term of loan and didn’t have to pay a fee for switching to a new deal with 3 months left on old one. Bravo!
