    Banked with @AskNationwide many moons ago. Seen in the news that they’re struggling to process payments - THIS CLOSE TO CHRISTMAS. They were a calamity then & it seems like nothing has changed. Join a challenger bank - they value your custom and offer excellent customer service!

    After 3 months @AskNationwide still can not get through to #themortgageworks to discuss anything! Phone cuts you off with no option to speak to a human. Website for existing customers doesn’t work. Woeful. #customerexperience #poor

    Genuinely very impressed with @AskNationwide mortgage switching service. Took me 5 mins online to switch to a new deal, better interest rate, was able to change term of loan and didn’t have to pay a fee for switching to a new deal with 3 months left on old one. Bravo!

    @MarkMillarx889 @AskNationwide Hi Mark, I’m simply offering service fee. If it’s illegal I do invite someone to come and arrest me for trying to take care of my parents. It would stop the pain of having to do so. I feel like I’m the very first person on the planet to have parents with dementia.

    @AskNationwide Wouldn’t it be a good idea to update your website with the actual opening hours of branches? I’m not a customer but have travelled specially to your Brentwood branch to advise of the death of my mother, only to find the door locked at 2pm not 4.30 as stated. Great!

    @AskNationwide The side bar of your main page after sign in - none of the links open on click. They function as long as you right click -> open new tab, or Middle Mouse click (which opens new tab) but they won't navigate to the link within the current page.

    @AskNationwide Why have all my saved payees suddenly disappeared? I've made payments to them as recently as a month ago but for some reason they have all disappeared? From both my Flexplus and Flexdirect accounts. Have you had some kind of system issue?

    @AskNationwide I can't remember specifically which ones, but several help articles went to a removed page link, and I can't get past a certain stage in your New Account Application because the browser loses track of what step I'm on. It's still showing me as 'step 1' even though it is on step 3
