Instead directing me to use a paying in machine stating FlexDirect accounts are self service accounts. Great way to lose a customer. ๐๐พ

Goes into your Goole branch - they can't help him and give him a number (seemingly a Head Office). Requires account details. Nice. How does he do that? Refer to the above.
