@AskNationwide please explain why you have made it impossible to use an online portal that has still not sent me log in details for travel with my flex plus account. As a nurse working shifts I cannot ever access the phone number either! Not helpful or safe. Please help ASAP.

@AskNationwide I have registered already and previously used this service but it has failed to recognise my details. I have asked for reset details & received no emails to do this. 2 days in a row now. I have also tried to re- register. It not let me? How can I do anything?

@AskNationwide @mickhump Nationwide is aware of this issue as I’ve told them about it before. You don’t need to reinstall the app you just need to swipe up and close it and the restart the app. No need to restart the phone. It does need resolving though.

@AskNationwide my debit card contact chip has stopped working and there is nothing on the app to order a new one except by reporting it lost or stolen. I tried the web page but I don't have access to my internet banking number. Thanks.

@AskNationwide hi I went paperless 4 years ago roughly and I r have been a customer with yourselves since 2016 but I’ve never had to get a new card as it’s never expired before but it’s due to expire in November this year will I need to change back from paperless to get new card?

@AskNationwide any ideas why faceid won’t let me into my nationwide app. Says service error? Also I’m unable to deposit funds into my Freetrader app which is linked to the nationwide app. Also service error reported from the nationwide app?
