@AskNationwide please explain why you have made it impossible to use an online portal that has still not sent me log in details for travel with my flex plus account. As a nurse working shifts I cannot ever access the phone number either! Not helpful or safe. Please help ASAP.

Day 581 of @AskNationwide leaving me & my family in limbo. But hey, profits will be good, & boardroom bonuses up, so it's not all bad eh? 581 days since we reported a leak. The reality of being a Nationwide customer. On my side? I'd hate to see how not being on my side looks.

@AskNationwide I currently have a help to buy ISA with Nationwide. I don't have a current account or even a paying in book for the ISA. I'm unable to transfer money from my ISA back to my Lloyds account where I usually deposit from. Why am I not able to transfer it back?

With @AskNationwide is absurd anyway. We feel we have a decent case. A few other options may be available. Made the right first steps. Made contact Nationwide, Court and their solicitors and followed up, no response. Made appointments with advice service and C. A. B and
