@AskNationwide If you want good banking don’t join! If you want to SWITCH to another bank you can’t. I am on my 5th 7day SWITCH guarantee! Their incompetence is breathtaking! Put in a formal complaint on the 4th they will contact me on 24th! What service? I just want to LEAVE!

@AskNationwide Hello, are your credit card services working properly? I have had two payments fail in the past 24 hours, and there is no messages about the card in the app. There is plenty of limit left on the card, it hasn't expired and all balances are always paid.

@AskNationwide I can but I’m reluctant to waste any more time without some proper help. I’ve messaged numerous times and called this morning and just get told it takes 20 days to trace a swift payment. It was within the U.K. I should not be out of pocket whilst you figure it out.
