    @Amanda_Vincent7 @AskNationwide To be fair it’s not your money if it’s a credit card - why didn’t you use a debit card lovely?! They can charge whatever they want for you to access credit - cash is like a loan

    @AskNationwide paid cash in at 10 when u opened,told systems down but would be done asap,stil not in my bank.Cant even ring the branch.Rang main office said cant do anything if not in by tomoz ive got to go back in to branch? Why should i have to go out my way when its your fault

    @AskNationwide They aren’t on my app. Probably because I’ve been issued a new customer number for my joint account. It’s definitely different to my flex account. How do I get it fixed?

    @AskNationwide Long time customer, no missed payments. Found that according to person I spoke with my direct debit must have been sent up a long time ago and isnt there anymore. Unwilling to help with credit report that this will cause. Any help before I close my account?

    @The_GayDivorcee @AskNationwide Contact centre are useless, asked for help in a branch and was made to feel like I was stupid.. had to do GDPR request for card dispute which was like a sledgehammer to break a nut, I’m just looking to switch out but not had chance. The payments fiasco was unbelievable.

    Heads up when using @AskNationwide current account switch, they knocked off 2 of my existing direct debits, not moved and enabled them and has caused issues as a result. Be sure to check your Direct Debits if you switch.

    @AskNationwide I will be working 7:30-7pm & again will miss a chance to speak to them as advertised on the policy it says 9pm then the phones still cut off at 7pm. I wanted to update a medical condition that I’ve only just found out about. Disappointed.

    @AskNationwide why has payment not came through, it usually comes through at 12.20 was very important that I got around that time, has caused me a lot of issues
