@AskNationwide I don't because I don't know if it was changed and if you have the right address. It's impossible to do over the phone, I've already called 20+ times so not sure what I'm supposed to do. Would I be able to close my account over the phone without going through 2 round of security?

@AskNationwide I can't log in because of the "sending a code by text" part. It doesn't work with non-UK numbers and the only number attached to my account is an old UK number that I no longer have/use.

@AskNationwide your website says your call centre is open till 8pm but your phones lines are currently closed? How can I contact someone if can't ring anyone till 6pm in the evening?
