@AskNationwide I have Emma, but been told it will take 5 working days to get back to me. We should have completed in the 17th & now have to pay for an extra 6 weeks of storage using money we don’t have & tell our son he isn’t moving school in January now after the school have told everyone.

Yet another issue with @AskNationwide payments... card just got declined doing the Christmas dinner shop, I nearly had a heart attack, went on the app and it says 'sorry there are an issue with all payments at the moment'... this is the 2nd time this has happened in a month.
