@AskNationwide If you want good banking don’t join! If you want to SWITCH to another bank you can’t. I am on my 5th 7day SWITCH guarantee! Their incompetence is breathtaking! Put in a formal complaint on the 4th they will contact me on 24th! What service? I just want to LEAVE!

@AskNationwide What good will that do, it could cost someone thier job which isn't what I would want on my concience, you really need to look more closely at the staff you employ and thier deliverance of the requirements of the customer ,!

@AskNationwide Yes i know thanks but it is possible.Everyone else is doing it. Please look into developing this service. No issues with the customer service otherwise but it is so painful to try and get to nearest store (or post office which is now even further away), especially with fuel costs

@AskNationwide I opened a triple access ISA with you at the start of this year. The interest rate is 0.8%, given you’ve now increased the rate for new customers please can I have the increase also? My other banks are passing on rate rises to me so hoping you can too….
