@AskNationwide If you want good banking don’t join! If you want to SWITCH to another bank you can’t. I am on my 5th 7day SWITCH guarantee! Their incompetence is breathtaking! Put in a formal complaint on the 4th they will contact me on 24th! What service? I just want to LEAVE!

@AskNationwide Hi Jamie, because I know you didn't look, this is a huge error and I've made tech know myself. Very shoddy reaction as not only a member personally but also via a brokers I'd expect a better response. I won't bother next time and you lot can work it out at 9am on a Monday instead

@AskNationwide I’ve been passed from pillar to post by yourselves to resolve an issue that I have with a previous mortgage payment and I’m unhappy to say the least. The next step for me will be to take you to the ombudsman if no one rectifies the dispute promptly.

@AskNationwide Hi guys you need to make your intermediary IT support sware URGENTLY that the system isn't working at the moment. When keying an APP it states all cases are 0.00% LTV. Can you reply to let me know msg received please.
