@312mju @mrs_eyre @AskNationwide How would you know if this person relied on a transfer from a friend or family member to be able order their shopping and for it to be cancelled becasue if nationwide’s “payment issue” you might have money in your account but others might not. Be kind

@AskNationwide Will you be letting us know what went wrong and what your IT teams have done to stop it happening again? With all the concern around log4j at the moment it doesn't inspire confidence just saying that you had "an issue".

@Signedbysophiee @AskNationwide They claim the problem has been solved but there is a massive backlog of payments both ways. Hope it is cleared soon. I don't have anyone to pay but I bought a fridge freezer and my mum sent me the money for it after, due to this it has still not appeared in my account.
