    @AskNationwide Hi Scott. I can view in chat box window but it is small and not the same as being able to view a secure msg like I used to be able to do. The chat box option is slow to get to the right place and/or human. Might be better for NW but poor service for customer!

    @AskNationwide None. Supermarkets should be outlawed. Support local producers, buy direct from growers & local small businesses who don't discriminate against customers who use cash

    @AskNationwide Tks for your quick response. I have to disagree that is quicker. Not for the user. And does not allow for clear & concise explanation of the problem. Do not understand how is quicker. Also not obv that a reply has been sent via bot.
