    @AskNationwide Further to this. Just received text from Nationwide saying I need to return T&C's for account to be opened. There's no link, and I haven't yet received a letter or email with anything to acknowledge/sign/return. I am an existing customer.

    @AskNationwide That’s the number I’ve kept having to call and had all the problems with with of getting cut off etc. I’ve so far wasted close to an hour and half of my day on the phone.

    @AskNationwide I made a transfer between my own accounts this morning. The money left my savings but has yet to reach my current account. Is there a technical problem? I did it through the app!

    @AskNationwide On hold endlessly. We eventually spoke to somebody yesterday but no resolution and a promise to get back to us. We have to be out of our accommodation, we have no vehicle or hire car, no way of getting to one,no news of where our vehicle is,no way of getting home,no help, (cont)

    @AskNationwide @AskNationwide I lodged a complaint with Nationwide on 2nd August and no one has responded to me on the above issue to date. What would it take for you listen to cladding affected customers?

    @AskNationwide Let us hope so because if my bank pays someone now in the next few working days and I go over my overdraft then you will be responsible for paying my additional bank charges. Not myself.

    @AskNationwide six attempts to get through. Twice I’ve been cut off, twice it’s been silence and once I got put through to the wrong department. All this because your website is broken. Been with nationwide since I was a kid but really thinking of leaving

    @AskNationwide #homeinsurance Just been advised by your home emergency claims team that following a 3am emergency call out yesterday, that you won’t replace parts in my main toilet cistern as I have another working toilet! Surely this is a joke???

    4. @AskNationwide once again round of this weeks list, they’re offering £100 for new customers to switch to one of their Flex accounts. (Excl. Basic) Open new or switch into existing account, switch just include 2 direct debits and switch date must be within 10 working days.
