@AskNationwide is it normal for yous to issue new cards/information without letting your customers know out of the blue when it’s not due to expire until 2026? I’ve gone out today to realise my cards been stopped and have been issued a new one via the app without my knowledge :/

@AskNationwide I believe so. The same mechanism I've used for the last year or so, just...now not working
