@AskNationwide I'm an exciting customer, husband isn't. We are wanting to open a joint account which I know we can do online. Will we qualify for the bonus? We can't switch DDs as need to do these manually. Seems unfair we won't qualify :(

I've been a loyal @AskNationwide customer for 10+ years because their service was always great. Last week I tried to upgrade my account to a paid, plus account. I now have 3 accounts, multiple credit searches, multiple 1hr phone calls getting nowhere and numerous fob offs. Bye.

@AskNationwide Sorry that’s simply not true. The team at RSA have refused because technically the little annex is separate and is down as a second home and they refuse to insure with a tenant.

@AskNationwide hey! My mortgage should come out on 1st every month, money are coming out of current account without issues but it takes 2 or more days to be acknowledged by mortgage account, why should I pay higher fees for those few days, nothing I can do to sped up the process

@AskNationwide been waiting a week now for house valuation to be transferred from an old mortgage application to a new one - why does it take this long? Spoke to the mortgage team several times but all they can do is chase the valuation team up on my behalf. This is poor. 🙏🏼 help

@AskNationwide Hi Pauline, yes that is the case exactly, and despite trying my very best to resolve the issue I have been deceived and lied to continuously and it has cost me money to pay the workmen even though they can't work due to the delay in goods
