@AskNationwide If you want good banking don’t join! If you want to SWITCH to another bank you can’t. I am on my 5th 7day SWITCH guarantee! Their incompetence is breathtaking! Put in a formal complaint on the 4th they will contact me on 24th! What service? I just want to LEAVE!

@AskNationwide The App is terrible and doesn’t show what you’ve stated. There’s no “filter” either. I’ll DM extra info as I’m really confused why, given cards are issued with a 5 year window, what possible “extra security” changing the number offers.

@My6Percent @AskNationwide The complaint process is also very, very slow, responding at best on the very last day of the “aim”, and in my experience pushing it out a further two weeks at least once. Tbf when I did actually manage to speak to someone handling my complaint she was lovely but too late by then

@AskNationwide morning. your new website looks good although the fonts don't display sharp enough in Google Chrome v91 on my Windows 10. Fonts look a lot sharper on my mobile. Also it seems that your House price index calculator is broken when looking at region or by postcode 👎
