@AskNationwide If you want good banking don’t join! If you want to SWITCH to another bank you can’t. I am on my 5th 7day SWITCH guarantee! Their incompetence is breathtaking! Put in a formal complaint on the 4th they will contact me on 24th! What service? I just want to LEAVE!

@AskNationwide This is the bit that’s annoying tho - DD and standing orders working fine but you won’t let us put money in to pay them! Why not stop anything going out that can’t be covered - oh well better send the complaint link out a hope this isn’t going to be a repeat of last Xmas!!!

@SarahJackson182 @AskNationwide It's payday for me. I know those of whom bank with nationwide haven't received payment and those who bank with someone have, so it's a bit odd that they're saying it's not a problem there end!
