    @AskNationwide If you want good banking don’t join! If you want to SWITCH to another bank you can’t. I am on my 5th 7day SWITCH guarantee! Their incompetence is breathtaking! Put in a formal complaint on the 4th they will contact me on 24th! What service? I just want to LEAVE!

    @AskNationwide @lourowlands99 You can’t remove the card reader if you’ve never had one ! This was a problem several Months ago. Seems you’ve updated the system with the same error. I too can’t transfer money.

    @deandunham @Chrisitv If that happens, either call someone else first or use a different phone. Key 159: it’s a safe number to reach your bank. When asked, speak the name of your bank to get connected. Most banks handle this well but @AskNationwide does seem to be having issues with it at the moment.

    Hi @AskNationwide is your system all down again? Been trying for the last hour to register for online banking for my Aunt and it will not accept the code you keep sending her! Tbh she has had nothing but grief ever since she applied for the switch from Halifax…
