@AskNationwide is the issue affecting payments by BACS? Just want to know if I am going to be paid tonight as I’ve seen 2 contradictory answers from you this pm. And pls don’t apologise for “any” inconvenience. You KNOW that it’s way past merely inconveniencing people.

@AskNationwide @saraheds123 No offense, but it's been all day. Some people are literally struggling. No pay but direct debits are still leaving. I'll be switching my account asap. I can understand issues but your complete lack of actual information is appalling

@AskNationwide i love how standing orders and direct debits can still come out… funny thing is I need money in my account for that to happen. Top service as usual 👍🤬

@AskNationwide @Stu_D_Nutz So what are you putting in place to help people? Maybe an overdraft facility could be made available? You’re leaving people with no food or electricity, gas ... not to mention Xmas supplies!

@AskNationwide this is an absolute shambles! Your banking system is causing nothing but problems every month! Single mums like myself relying on wages being paid into my account by tomorrow. Can't give a timeframe! Load of nonsense!! Get your act together

@AskNationwide I’m told my employer that due to an issue at your end my pay this month may be delayed, can I assume all overdraft fees will be suspended during this period?

Wondering if @AskNationwide actually hate me. Won’t cover my storm damage on my insurance and break down on the day my remortgage money finally comes through so I can pay for it. If I didn’t laugh I would cry!!
