@AskNationwide If you want good banking don’t join! If you want to SWITCH to another bank you can’t. I am on my 5th 7day SWITCH guarantee! Their incompetence is breathtaking! Put in a formal complaint on the 4th they will contact me on 24th! What service? I just want to LEAVE!

@AskNationwide there’s an issue with your mortgage application system where you cannot upload documents. It’s been ongoing for a while. I’m thinking of going with another provider as the fix date is vague & rates are going up. There’s apparently no other way of uploading the doc

@AskNationwide Hi, my mobile banking app is not updating my account balances as soon as I make a transfer! I have to keep logging back in for balances to update. I have re-installed the app and am having the same issues. Same for family members - how can we get this sorted out?

@AskNationwide hi there. Is there a known problem with the mobile banking app? It keeps freezing when it starts up. I have deleted and reloaded it several times and it keeps happening. No issues with any other apps. I’m using it on an iPhone 7 with iOS 15.1

@AskNationwide Hi for the last 3 weeks or so, every time you open the app it doesn’t open, just a blank screen. Have to swipe off the bottom and reload. Really annoying! Is there a fix for this please??
