    @AskNationwide Your mobile app keeps crashing. It has been doing so ever since I joined the bank. Never had problems with the Halifax app and I regret switching now. From an exasperated customer, FIX YOUR BLUDDY APP!!!! How difficult can it be???

    @AskNationwide Oh really?? I have been having to delete and re-install the app every few days as it keeps crashing. Fobbing off and giving your customers the runaround instead of spending a few quid to fix the bluddy thing is not good customer care.

    @AskNationwide Why do you block a credit card and not reactivate it when you try to make another purchase confirming it through the app. Currently you go through the process of making the purchase, confirm in the app, only to have it refused. What a waste of time

    @AskNationwide having issues purchasing online. Saying my card can’t be used and i also can’t add it to paypal. I’ve noticed on my manage my cards section on app it says I’ve two cards when I only have one?

    @TSB Absolute disgrace from @TSB and looking like I will be returning to @AskNationwide within days. Been suffering for days and still periodically suffering with no service. Sort it out !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
