@AskNationwide If you want good banking don’t join! If you want to SWITCH to another bank you can’t. I am on my 5th 7day SWITCH guarantee! Their incompetence is breathtaking! Put in a formal complaint on the 4th they will contact me on 24th! What service? I just want to LEAVE!

@AskNationwide Thanks Craig, I’ve read the article and none of those alternatives help. This is a short sighted decision that undermines the value of PayM for everyone, inconveniences customers who want to make quick payments to someone new, and risks exposing customers to fraud.

@AskNationwide yes, it's for the mortgage team. There's no queue notification though or option to request a callback, just straight to hold with zero human interaction or any idea of what's going on being given. It's now been an hour and a half and I'm still on hold. I'm not a new customer

@AskNationwide why would you send a text declining payment when the money had been taken out of the account? My son has just been refused access on public transport? Sufficient funds in account. How does he sort? He catches bus to work every day
