    @ignorance_dj @AskNationwide Been with them for almost 10 years, always fine until the last year. It’s been a problem every month. Payments not going in, but them allowing them out, putting you into an un arranged overdraft or occurring fee’s. Sadly, get used to it

    What a PITA @AskNationwide can’t even close account due to ‘technical’ issues. Just close my account! Can’t transfer to money out as I was never sent a card reader!

    @AskNationwide My mum doesn't know what is best for her and doesn't want to sign over power of attorney as she doesn't understand she is mentally incapacitated. A mentally incapacitated person cannot sign over power of attorney it is a court decision which doesn't help us in the here and now.

    @AskNationwide what use is your telephone banking service? Website says open 24 hours - NOT open 24 hours, website says I can transfer money to other account in my name - wait 20 mins to be told that is not possible
