@AskNationwide yesterday (Monday) and today (Tuesday) my partner held for 90 minutes to talk with somebody urgently about her ISA. On both occasions, when the phone started ringing it was cut off. How does she get to talk to customer service this week?

@AskNationwide Well I do hope that it's sorted before any other transactions go through today because I'm expecting a payment of £500 into my account and also expecting Tfl to take money from my account overnight. If the problem isn't sorted out then I will not be able to get to work tomorrow.

@AskNationwide maybe you can help me, seeing as your in-branch staff just said “go online” and your phone line has had me on hold for 30 minutes. I want to close a savings account and take out the money, but I can see no button to click on for this in online banking.

@AskNationwide I am in the middle of switching my current account to you to take advantage of the switching offer and have discovered that my new current account and exisiting mortgage have different customer numbers is this normal and will it affect the switch offer?

@AskNationwide not going to lie your new app gives me a headache with the new look. Isn't it time you sorted dark mode with white on black for those that need it? Plus the app crashed like crazy when scrolling down. Hope you can fix all this. Thanks
