    @AskNationwide If you are 'here to help' - why does your chosen insurance surveyor @CCLtd_ never answer the phone to deal with subsidence cases? They've confirmed the claim but appear to be deliberately dragging it out in order to slow down claims. Presumably Nationwide has asked them to.

    @AskNationwide So turns out this tweet is a lie, it's just not possible to get meaningful support for Nationwide products through *any* digital comms medium. I've been trying for weeks. Plus, none of the staff know what's going on, each response is from a different rep 1/2

    @AskNationwide Nobody. Nice, disabled, old lady Ive known for all my life, trying to access their own money held with you. I cant do it via my personal account without essentially being a banking facility /regulatory I cannot offer to them. Pyble to cash to give to her.

    @AskNationwide good morning, you app is having a technical problem, is there any update on when this will be resolved. Its not my phone as that is working fine as I have done all the necessary resolves and the app is still having tech probs and wont open. Kind regards.

    @AskNationwide My daughter lives in a hovel that costs her £1000 a month. Rent that she has managed to pay for TEN YEARS! Where is the ‘help’ for her!

    @AskNationwide I have a Visa pay at pump pending payment still showing 3 days after I got petrol on 25th. The £20.04 has been debited on 26th and the £79.96 is still showing as a pending payment. That seems a bit long to me. Can you fix it please

    @AskNationwide Go on then help us get our own home A house big enough for our family of 6 in our area is £550k We are currently renting and the cost of rent is the same as a mortgage on £600k We can't get a mortgage for £500k as we don't earn enough for the repayment
