@AskNationwide yesterday (Monday) and today (Tuesday) my partner held for 90 minutes to talk with somebody urgently about her ISA. On both occasions, when the phone started ringing it was cut off. How does she get to talk to customer service this week?

@AskNationwide If you are 'here to help' - why does your chosen insurance surveyor @CCLtd_ never answer the phone to deal with subsidence cases? They've confirmed the claim but appear to be deliberately dragging it out in order to slow down claims. Presumably Nationwide has asked them to.

@AskNationwide As your flexplus gives no interest and only ‘services’ and you clearly have no power to actually provide the service (basically breaching our contract), I don’t know why anyone would waste the money on the account? Travel and phone insurance is cheaper separately.
