@AskNationwide yesterday (Monday) and today (Tuesday) my partner held for 90 minutes to talk with somebody urgently about her ISA. On both occasions, when the phone started ringing it was cut off. How does she get to talk to customer service this week?

@AskNationwide I was looking for something that behaved the same as my E-saving account. It's like an add-on where I can transfer money into that account but I can't access that money via ATM's/card payments.

@AskNationwide Replying to Karen @AskNationwide that is contrary to what the complaints department said. They stated they do not pursue Payments made through PayPal and apparently advised me IT IS NOT Nationwides position to advise their customers of the legal issues of paying through PayPal.
