@AskNationwide Hi, I’ve been trying unsuccessfully for many days to open a new 1Y Triple Access Online Saver (the previous one matured). I get an error message in the mobile app and also on the website. I’ve even tried 2 different browsers. Any account opening issues you know of?

@AskNationwide Hi I keep getting automated phone calls from 08453312530 Can you tell me if genuine please I don't like pressing numbers to automated calls incase of a scam . Ringing persistently . Looked on Nationwide website but dosnt help . Regards Dave Jones

@AskNationwide I logged in, then the process opened a new window when I started it. It gets as far as nationality before it comes up with an error saying the process can’t be completed. I sent a secure message when logged on, but got an automated reply only.

@AskNationwide Hi Libby, I’ve tried on an iPhone and iPad, and then on a MacBook. All use Safari, so I then switched to Google Chrome on my MacBook in case it was Safari that was the issue.

@AskNationwide unhappy customer. The service we've had with our recent change of mortgage product and term has been challenging, resulting in us having to pay a higher amount because the new rate and term can't coincide. I don't believe somebody can't manually sort it!

@AskNationwide Yet you're happy to receive my salary. You're happy to give me a £25,000 unsecured loan along with a 200k mortgage. But you cannot verify some ID because to quote "you don't know me personally" Utter nonsense really guys. Just another disgruntled customer, add me to the list.
