    @AskNationwide My son's disability living allowance and tax credits seem to have disappeared into the ether after my partner transferred them into my account this morning. People rely on this service to live from day to day so this really is not good enough!!

    @AskNationwide Hi there. I’ve just been working on opening an account. One of the steps involves taking a picture of ID. But the camera fails to focus so close up. It would make more sense to be able to upload a copy of the ID.

    @AskNationwide since iOS15 I’ve not been able to access the Nationwide app it just hangs at ‘talking to nationwide’. I’ve reinstalled, restarted, tried 4G & different WiFi networks and nothing!

    @AskNationwide No you are not. You reject potential fraudulent payments and lock up my account and I have to wait 7 days. All you keep doing is blaming the merchant for something your procedures created Nationwide have appalling customer service

    @AskNationwide still unable to use my app to do my banking and check my balance. That’s nearly a week. Disgraceful that they refuse to help This matter. No idea what’s happening with my balance, direct debts etc.
