@AskNationwide My son's disability living allowance and tax credits seem to have disappeared into the ether after my partner transferred them into my account this morning. People rely on this service to live from day to day so this really is not good enough!!

@jonburkeUK @sebdunnett @AskNationwide If you have biometric login you don't need the card reader on a regular basis. All card readers are the same anyway, so if you already have one you won't need a new one.

@GMB @AskNationwide As a perimenopausal women, who runs a branch, it’s hard! But working in an already male dominated industry..this is one more reason for them not to give women top jobs?! I would love help but it can’t be of detriment to the business

@AskNationwide I have spoken to a number of your colleagues at the Members Service on various occasions with the reference number I have, do I now need to raise a new complaint?! Because nobody from the 18th January has contacted me, dispite 9 calls and false promises of a callback?!

Trying to get @AskNationwide to send my credit card to the right address since October last year. There's a problem in their system where they're not updating my address across different parts of their backend. So i see the correct address, but they post things to the wrong one.
