    @AskNationwide What hasn't gone wrong. The latest is being able to get hold of the team dealing with our issue that they should have responded to 2 weeks ago. They will only contact solicitors via letter that has to be resent out!! Ive been a 'member' over 20 years and won't be for much longer.

    @AskNationwide My son's disability living allowance and tax credits seem to have disappeared into the ether after my partner transferred them into my account this morning. People rely on this service to live from day to day so this really is not good enough!!

    @AskNationwide My Dad just been into Derby branch as hundreds of ££ removed from his account & he doesn’t know how. Unfortunately they couldn’t help him or tell him about the transaction. Can you suggest anything? His card may have been cloned? It’s for a purchase he hasn’t made

    @AskNationwide got a test today saying i don’t have enough money to make a payment when i did transfer that money but still not showing in my account, what happens after the 2:30pm cut off time do you still make the payment even if the issue hasn’t been sorted before then?

    @AskNationwide Right, time to move banks, absolutely useless! Our mortgage is due out today and I’ve transferred funds to cover it but no idea if they will get there on time! Unacceptable service!!!

    @oftenpure @AskNationwide Don’t switch. The bank has been down for incoming and outgoing payments 3 times in 2 weeks and nationwide don’t give a damn.
