@AskNationwide What hasn't gone wrong. The latest is being able to get hold of the team dealing with our issue that they should have responded to 2 weeks ago. They will only contact solicitors via letter that has to be resent out!! Ive been a 'member' over 20 years and won't be for much longer.

@AskNationwide My son's disability living allowance and tax credits seem to have disappeared into the ether after my partner transferred them into my account this morning. People rely on this service to live from day to day so this really is not good enough!!

@Woodlands86 @Richardmcfc @AskNationwide You chose to install beta software and shouldn't expect support. I'm running 15.1 and can't access my accounts, same boat as you. Three ideas of the beta is to give developers time to update their app before it goes live. NW rushing an update will lead to security holes.

@robcarlyle @AskNationwide I have the same issue. You can’t potentially tell thousands of customers they can’t have access to the app, I have five different accounts with you and use the app everyday. I also have an account with another bank and their app is fine….

@AskNationwide This issue is beyond a joke now. It’s been weeks, I get I’m using a Beta, buts it only a incremental one, so there are no significant changes, just bug fixes. If by the end of the day I still can’t access my account, it’ll be getting closed tomorrow. Your choice!

@AskNationwide your app is still not working since IOS 15 update. This is really not acceptable when developer versions have been available for months now. Can you please stop pretending nothing is wrong. Go to App Store & sort reviews by most recent, many people having issues.

@AskNationwide you do realise repeatedly sending me letters saying "we haven't resolved your complaint yet, but we will by x date", moving the date on each time, is now more annoying than the actual issue itself? (Which I've solved now, no thanks to you)
