    @AskNationwide payments down all day. Absolutely terrible.

    @AskNationwide What hasn't gone wrong. The latest is being able to get hold of the team dealing with our issue that they should have responded to 2 weeks ago. They will only contact solicitors via letter that has to be resent out!! Ive been a 'member' over 20 years and won't be for much longer.

    @AskNationwide hi. I've just opened my banking app and it's asking me to re-enroll. Wants my card number, expiry date and date of birth. Is this right or is there a problem.

    Really disappointing conversation with credit card customer service not able to offer a deal for 0% on purchases on my credit card because I’m an existing customer, now going to have to go elsewhere @AskNationwide

    @AskNationwide can you please give me the correct details for unblocking my card which you blocked without warning? There is no help available on your website and no-one is answering the phone number on the back of the card

    @AskNationwide No! This IS the 2nd card. Not moved for 30 years. First card arrived after 1 month but by then had been cancelled. Been a customer for over 25 years. Have all my money ******* in Nwide. The card company are obviously lying to you on ETA. V unhappy. This delay may cost me.

    @AskNationwide Was told by Nationwide that an item that costs £3000 was too large put on their credit card and needs to be broken into smaller amounts. Anyone experienced this? Is this a secret government restriction?

    @AskNationwide Because you don’t send out your own cards but use an external company they are telling you 5 working days but they are not being accurate. The web chat people will just offer to cancel it and send me another and that will be another month’s wait.
