    @AskNationwide payments down all day. Absolutely terrible.

    @AskNationwide What hasn't gone wrong. The latest is being able to get hold of the team dealing with our issue that they should have responded to 2 weeks ago. They will only contact solicitors via letter that has to be resent out!! Ive been a 'member' over 20 years and won't be for much longer.

    @AskNationwide fun maths question! If I pay £200 a month into an instant access saver with a 5% interest rate, and make 0 withdrawals, why have you paid me £38 for the whole year? And why do all your agents insist that nationwide never offered a savings account of more than 1.3%?

    @AskNationwide If it takes 10 working days to get login details and I only have 14 days to add funds, will I be able to go into a branch to make a payment? I do not want to pay in funds using sort code and account number without being able to confirm they have gone in.

    @AskNationwide I’m trying to download my statements on the website and it won’t work. It just keeps saying ‘please bear with us while we process your request’ then goes back to the screen without loading the statement. I have adobe reader downloaded. Can you help please?

    @AskNationwide making my tax return really not stressful by the website not downloading any of my 2021 statements. And I've tried a different browser. Managed to get one month downloaded in 30 mins 👍

    @AskNationwide trying to view statements from 2021 (tax return). PDFs not working. Every link broken. Ditto PDFs for 2022. Can’t see further back than Oct 21 in online version. Still not fixed since reporting 3 days ago. PLEASE FIX.
