    @AskNationwide payments down all day. Absolutely terrible.

    @AskNationwide What hasn't gone wrong. The latest is being able to get hold of the team dealing with our issue that they should have responded to 2 weeks ago. They will only contact solicitors via letter that has to be resent out!! Ive been a 'member' over 20 years and won't be for much longer.

    @adamsolomons5 @AskNationwide Yes, they have finally admitted there is an issue. Complaint raised. Service appalling, third time in a week major outages.

    @AskNationwide In that 14 weeks, that same fraudster has defrauded two more people that I am aware of. Time for Nationwide to update its 'promise'. I trying to resolve this with the help of police, but Nationwide have not done a thing.

    @AskNationwide Chesham branch closed on a Saturday and appears nearly now all branches are. Branch Promise is not a promise worth making when as a customer who works during the week needs one at the weekend.🤬

    @SpencerDunn4 @AskNationwide We're desperate to move. So want to do CTL (as can't get BTL). Once you're in CTL you can't change your mortgage without ending CTL. If we went onto SVR .. I don't think we could then go back to a fix without moving back in (very tricky as moving for my kids school). It's a mess.

    @AskNationwide @financialombuds I complained to Nationwide on 12th August (7 weeks ago) about the Nationwide Scam Protection Promise and the Fraud Support Teams slow reaction; no reply. I have to wait 8 weeks before I can contact you about it. One more week to wait! #ombudsman

    @TheRealJimShady @AskNationwide Yet more impossible decisions, costs & uncertainty for people in our position. Even if we could sell, buyers are hobbled by these same Tory-caused rate rises. I hope there’s improvement in your options before Feb for you. Ultimately no winning while we have this government. 🔴🗳

    @AskNationwide I don’t know how to DM. I have had to sign up to a different deal. I just wish I’d had the time to shop around. Been a Nationwide customer all my adult life. All ready marked in my calendar to move away at the end of this next money grab tie in!
