    @AskNationwide Think you were a bit late In communicating this out - I genuinely thought my employer hadn't paid me, luckily I don't live on the breadline and I have savings but for some people this could really cause problems.

    @AskNationwide What hasn't gone wrong. The latest is being able to get hold of the team dealing with our issue that they should have responded to 2 weeks ago. They will only contact solicitors via letter that has to be resent out!! Ive been a 'member' over 20 years and won't be for much longer.

    @AskNationwide That hadn't actually occurred to me (thanks for the suggestion), but if it doesn't work in Chrome on a desktop then as far as I'm concerned it doesn't work. It's up to them to fix the problem, not me! I'll probably end up doing a payment from my account.

    .@AskNationwide really disappointing service - I notified you of my father’s death and you have frozen my account and deleted my internet banking as well as his! No call back as promised, live chat suggested i “log in” to resolve(!) and complaint turnaround time is 5 days!

    @AskNationwide Hi Marcus - I discussed this with a customer service person via phone and was denied access to another person. I am so disappointed in your service. It is a little too late now as my account is closed and all access denied. Why did you not get in touch first?

    Shame on you @AskNationwide I've been a loyal customer for over 20 years. Today I discover that you've closed my personal account without no communication beforehand, leaving me in total disarray financially. You have all my savings and I have no ability to pay for anything.

    @AskNationwide Hi, I'm trying to "approve a payment" using Ecospend Technologies Limited but I keep getting "We are unable to process your request at this time... return to Ecospend Technologies Ltd" Is this a general problem with transfers this morning, or just this new method?

    @AskNationwide I tried this. They said i needed to complete the online form. I explained that i am locked out of internet banking as it does not recognise my customer no. This is the third day without access to my funds, and follows a bereavement. I am hugely disappointed by nationwide.
