The latest is being able to get hold of the team dealing with our issue that they should have responded to 2 weeks ago. They will only contact solicitors via letter that has to be resent out!! Ive been a 'member' over 20 years and won't be for much longer.

Last time they told me outright that the problem was sorted/or there was no problem, when there clearly was, and it took 2 days for my money to appear

Just say there is a problem so people can sort things out! It’s disgraceful! But not at all surprising from a bank that doesn’t put stock in customer service!
