@AskNationwide What hasn't gone wrong. The latest is being able to get hold of the team dealing with our issue that they should have responded to 2 weeks ago. They will only contact solicitors via letter that has to be resent out!! Ive been a 'member' over 20 years and won't be for much longer.

@AskNationwide Think you were a bit late In communicating this out - I genuinely thought my employer hadn't paid me, luckily I don't live on the breadline and I have savings but for some people this could really cause problems.

@AskNationwide I had someone set up as a payee on my account, and they seem to have randomly disappeared from my account. I’m pretty sure I did not remove them, so i’m really confused about whats happened…any help?

@AskNationwide Trying to do it via the app. Go through your horrendous process of typing all the details in. The Id check of the other account fails, but try and continue anyway. Do the whole 90s card reader thing. Go to send the payment and the. It fails and says try later. Not working at all
