The latest is being able to get hold of the team dealing with our issue that they should have responded to 2 weeks ago. They will only contact solicitors via letter that has to be resent out!! Ive been a 'member' over 20 years and won't be for much longer.

So upon checking service status on the Nationwide website & app at that time it said all services were working even this Twitter account was responding saying systems working.
