The latest is being able to get hold of the team dealing with our issue that they should have responded to 2 weeks ago. They will only contact solicitors via letter that has to be resent out!! Ive been a 'member' over 20 years and won't be for much longer.

They (should!) know what the issue is, so just say ‘X caused the issue, Y is what we are doing to fix but we can’t say 100% when it will be fully working’ is better than silence…

How can a technical issue wipe out payments only days before Christmas. Shocking. Hope NW have some prize money left to pay compensation to affected customers!
