    @AskNationwide What hasn't gone wrong. The latest is being able to get hold of the team dealing with our issue that they should have responded to 2 weeks ago. They will only contact solicitors via letter that has to be resent out!! Ive been a 'member' over 20 years and won't be for much longer.

    @adamsolomons5 @AskNationwide Yes, they have finally admitted there is an issue. Complaint raised. Service appalling, third time in a week major outages.

    @AskNationwide Think you were a bit late In communicating this out - I genuinely thought my employer hadn't paid me, luckily I don't live on the breadline and I have savings but for some people this could really cause problems.

    Defo time to move accounts from @firstdirect to @AskNationwide. Went to my local post office—issue with their machine. Then local HSBC doesn’t accept cash & pointed to a branch in Reading! 🙄 Nationwide actually invested in a branch here. Tell me why I should stay, FD? 🛑👇

    @AskNationwide NO MONEY FOR A WEEK NOW You closed my account with ZERO notice>REFUSED to give any reason>WONT tell how to resolve things>BLOCKED the Account Switch Service>sent emails saying NOTHING>MIGHT re-send letter >POSSIBLY send a cheque>WONT confirm what to do next😠😠
