The latest is being able to get hold of the team dealing with our issue that they should have responded to 2 weeks ago. They will only contact solicitors via letter that has to be resent out!! Ive been a 'member' over 20 years and won't be for much longer.

Sender said it bounced back to their account at Lloyd’s. So if you haven’t received money you are waiting on? Check with sender, hoping they are honest x
