    @AskNationwide What hasn't gone wrong. The latest is being able to get hold of the team dealing with our issue that they should have responded to 2 weeks ago. They will only contact solicitors via letter that has to be resent out!! Ive been a 'member' over 20 years and won't be for much longer.

    @AskNationwide Think you were a bit late In communicating this out - I genuinely thought my employer hadn't paid me, luckily I don't live on the breadline and I have savings but for some people this could really cause problems.

    @AskNationwide I start the app, it loads and then I get the screen saying "Sorry, but we seem to be experiencing a technical problem. Ease try restarting the app" rinse and repeat. This happened last time I had an android update, I'm just wondering has it happened again but nobody told you yet

    @AskNationwide local branch open Mon to Fri 9am to 2pm.... Tell me how this helps people who work Mon to Fri 9am to 230pm?? No weekend opening... Utter disgrace. Not even open late 1 day a week. I hope this is changing soon. zero consideration for working people.
