    @AskNationwide What hasn't gone wrong. The latest is being able to get hold of the team dealing with our issue that they should have responded to 2 weeks ago. They will only contact solicitors via letter that has to be resent out!! Ive been a 'member' over 20 years and won't be for much longer.

    @AskNationwide Think you were a bit late In communicating this out - I genuinely thought my employer hadn't paid me, luckily I don't live on the breadline and I have savings but for some people this could really cause problems.

    @AskNationwide is there a problem logging in just now? I got in OK then next step asked me for number and pass code again and said it was wrong. 3 times. Now I'm locked out. My partner has just tried to log into his and he's had same issue

    @AskNationwide The options I follow ask for a customer number, which I do not have because I have not received any notification from Nationwide about being added to the account.

    @AskNationwide And instead of help i get told by the staff at the nationwide branch: we cnat give your money and if you need to eat go to a local food bank!! ITS MY MONEY!!!!

    @AskNationwide why does my app keep freezing on both iPhone and iPad? The only way to resolve is reboot phone/iPad? And I know it’s not just me as just googled and seems to be a common issue

    @AskNationwide is there a backlog dealing with secure messages at the moment? Usually the service is top notch and takes a matter of minutes for a response but it’s been hours so far? Trying to get something sorted today.
