    @AskNationwide My son's disability living allowance and tax credits seem to have disappeared into the ether after my partner transferred them into my account this morning. People rely on this service to live from day to day so this really is not good enough!!

    @AskNationwide Think you were a bit late In communicating this out - I genuinely thought my employer hadn't paid me, luckily I don't live on the breadline and I have savings but for some people this could really cause problems.

    @AskNationwide What hasn't gone wrong. The latest is being able to get hold of the team dealing with our issue that they should have responded to 2 weeks ago. They will only contact solicitors via letter that has to be resent out!! Ive been a 'member' over 20 years and won't be for much longer.

    @adamsolomons5 @AskNationwide Yes, they have finally admitted there is an issue. Complaint raised. Service appalling, third time in a week major outages.

    @AskNationwide Your website specifically directs me to log in to online banking to apply for a mortgage as an existing customer, it really, really seems like someone checking the application for issues would make more sense.

    @AskNationwide I’ve spoken to someone. Only took me an hour. Might be worth checking why you’re phone lines are cutting off customers unless it’s about a new application though. Not great customer service.

    @AskNationwide Hi, I have a mortgage with Nationwide, and also have online banking set up, however when I log into my online account I can't manage my mortgage or see anywhere, up until now I have been using the Nationwide website to arrange payment.
