@AskNationwide Think you were a bit late In communicating this out - I genuinely thought my employer hadn't paid me, luckily I don't live on the breadline and I have savings but for some people this could really cause problems.

@AskNationwide have you got an eta as to when incoming payments issue should be resolved . As an IT head of service myself I would expect to keep customers up to day with an era for resolution. Do we expect to see any payments today into our accounts

Congratulations to @AskNationwide who decided to lock me out of my account on a day when their customer service is closed so I can't even get hold of anyone to find out why or rectify the situation. That's ok, I didn't need those groceries anyway 🤷

@AskNationwide, couldn’t your phone lines detect whether lines are open before putting you through security? Quite a faff digging out all the references you ask for only to be told to call back during “normal working hours”, which I guess means 9-5 but who knows?!
