    @AskNationwide Think you were a bit late In communicating this out - I genuinely thought my employer hadn't paid me, luckily I don't live on the breadline and I have savings but for some people this could really cause problems.

    @AskNationwide have you got an eta as to when incoming payments issue should be resolved . As an IT head of service myself I would expect to keep customers up to day with an era for resolution. Do we expect to see any payments today into our accounts

    @AskNationwide Yes into a nationwide account and the person who sent it is with nationwide also. This payment was sent to me over an hour ago. There is clearly an issue as I am not the only one experiencing this. The transfer was made via the Nationwide mobile app.

    @AskNationwide Hi, I have made a faster payment which hasn’t been received by the other bank account (sent money to it before with no issue). Now all of my online transactions are being declined. Not ideal when I need to pay rent! Plenty of money in my account. Whats going on?

    @AskNationwide When I try to login to online banking it says "Sorry we can't log you in at the moment" "We have a technical problem and are doing our best to fix it". Can you confirm if there's definitely an issue that is known and being worked on please?
