    @AskNationwide My son's disability living allowance and tax credits seem to have disappeared into the ether after my partner transferred them into my account this morning. People rely on this service to live from day to day so this really is not good enough!!

    @blairmcg55 @emjanerx @AskNationwide They're a joke. It says there's an issue with recieving payments outside of Nationwide. So if my employer sends my wages then the staff finish until after Christmas what am I going to live on in until the new year? Definitely moving in the new year

Given how many times they’ve left customers in the lurch with this problem happening again, you’d think they’d train their staff better in trying to descalate issues

    @AskNationwide can I ask, what is actually going on? I mean, "fault" is a bit vague. A little more transparency might go some way to easing feelings. Your employees have always been helpful and understanding, in my experience. Transparency might help employees too.

    @AskNationwide But this has been all day now. You must have some idea what has caused the issue by now! Is this an upgrade gone wrong? Maybe you’ve allowed too many people to be on leave and now don’t have the expertise to fix this fault.
