@My6Percent @AskNationwide The complaint process is also very, very slow, responding at best on the very last day of the “aim”, and in my experience pushing it out a further two weeks at least once. Tbf when I did actually manage to speak to someone handling my complaint she was lovely but too late by then

@AskNationwide Hi, my debit card seems to have lost its contactless function, I've tried on the bus and in several shops and it just isn't recognising the card at all. Chip & pin working fine. Is there a way to fix this or best to order a new card? Thanks

@AskNationwide morning. your new website looks good although the fonts don't display sharp enough in Google Chrome v91 on my Windows 10. Fonts look a lot sharper on my mobile. Also it seems that your House price index calculator is broken when looking at region or by postcode 👎

@AskNationwide I haven’t, to be honest we should have more payment platforms that don’t dictate such archaic practices. Like in China, I would use a QR code no issue. So I have to make a chip and pin payment so I can use contactless again? England is so behind in every way
