@AskNationwide Can CEO Debbie Crosbie advise why you take monthly fees for services you can't deliver adequately and don't manage the supplier including cowboys like Lifestyle Services Group, and you guys just put up a customer service brick wall - 0/10 for service @AskNationwide #poorservice

  • MattyRobsonTV Matty Robson (@MattyRobsonTV) reported

@AskNationwide I have been logged in before but have since logged out and I'm now trying to get back in. I have the current account and everything I'm trying to log in with it's just saying technical problems.

  • Lightenhousen Dovetail (@Lightenhousen) reported

@AskNationwide It's a flexible rate ISA and what you are saying is that you are not flexing the rates of existing customers and giving preferable rates on this to brand new customers. It's appalling will you fix the rate of interest on your variable rate mortgage customers? Don't think so!

  • fedgarrr Faye (@fedgarrr) reported

The cheek of Nationwide @AskNationwide. Firstly I complain about a v rude customer service rep who put the phone down on me, Katrina. Next thing I know I get a call from her colleague making excuses for her. Take some accountability for your actions and genuinely apologise.

  • DanDohertyBlog Manchester Food Tourist 🐝 (@DanDohertyBlog) reported

After 20 years of loyalty to @AskNationwide they show the worst customer service. Decline a payment - tell me I failed security and then after taking a day off to prove it’s me in branch, refuse to allow me to check the data held on me is correct (surely a breach of DPA)…

  • tw7857 tom woodley (@tw7857) reported

@AskNationwide Is there a different number as this is the same number I tried yesterday, this is really important and I feel we're going round in circles, Prehaps a technical support would help.

  • BigMugsChannel BigMugsChannel (@BigMugsChannel) reported

@AskNationwide as as existing FlexDirect account holder you offer me 2% fixed on £1,500 for one year. But you now offer 5% to newbies. That doesn’t seem fair, I think you should at least increase all customer rates to 5% until the one year term has ended

  • effy_b4 Effy Beezus (@effy_b4) reported

@AskNationwide is there a limit on how much I can pay in if it’s in coins? Also how do I access my travel insurance?

  • danielasigurd Daniela Sigurd (@danielasigurd) reported

@AskNationwide how do I get someone from Nationwide mortgage to respond? My solicitor &mortgage broker is trying to contact you but no response!service so far has been atrocious

  • GrahamClewes Graham Clewes (@GrahamClewes) reported

@AskNationwide Another day goes by and no email comms received. Yet having called yesterday (against our expressed wishes) there must be something to communicate with us. Presumably not important enough to wrote down?
