    @AskNationwide The robot could not help so he connected the chat to a person they could not help! Spoke to someone they where taking it further as they could understand what was going on now speaking to someone at the call centre after another long hold

    Okay @AskNationwide, this is not funny anymore. Every time I try to pay online, you block my card and I need to call you. I know I'm awesome but I wish I could order food without having to spend an hour on the phone...

    @economic_lab @BertAW_Russell @AskNationwide Would be in support of this sort of a law, but would rather try to tackle it by organising the rank-and-file members of big and old co-ops to put forward a resolution to implement these sort of protections.

    @AskNationwide Just got off the phone think the payment issue has been sorted out but the card issue is being looked into! Georgia was very helpful this morning

    @AskNationwide I have been told this has been passed to someone to look into but no time scale my card is working tho as I just used it on Apple Pay
