@AskNationwide I called your cost of living support line yesterday. Have been wanting to call for weeks but am having bad episodes of depression & anxiety that keeps getting in the way. But so glad I did. Rather than staying stuck & worried your advisor was so helpful & enabling.

Not the service I expected from @TheAA_UK for a PRE arranged breakdown recovery from the Lake District to South Wales. 6 hours later and We're only 45mins down the motorway! Such a pity @AskNationwide switched to them recently. Very poor comms from the AA too! @LaurenBoobyer

@AskNationwide I appreciate yours also. But why offer this insurance in the first place if it has such basic gaps in it. If I can’t get to France how can I use the hotel in France. And yet I’m not covered for the hotel portion of my journey. I pay @AskNationwide for this service!!

@AskNationwide whenever I call they can’t help. Literally ridiculous, gave me no notice they was freezing my account so didn’t have time to sort anything out. Just disgusting how they think it’s acceptable to freeze customers accounts with zero notice

@AskNationwide Are there plans to increase the interest rates. I currently have savings accounts with a number of banks, my 1 year triple access account is paying interest of 2.5 % with NW but your competitors are now all over 3%. Do I need to move elsewhere?
