After 30years loyalty, we are too old to get all technical with new phones & expensive hardware along with broadband etc

I can do it on my tablet fine but my phone literally only let's me tap in the first number and refuses to advance to the other two sections? Tried reinstalling, turning off phone. No way to specify a specific date range for transactions and then print ALL of them in a single document, which means no saving them as a PDF either. Please fix this before you do away with the old format. Unhappy customer.
