    @AskNationwide I've already submitted feedback and several complaints about this. I was just confirming the advice being given out is in fact total nonsense, and rather than making stuff up, maybe it would be better to admit there's a problem and fix it...

    @AskNationwide Our car has been taken back to our home in Reading. We are in Wales with no car and no access to shops or anything. If we get taxis and a train home will that be covered by Nationwide? We are really not very happy.
