HSBC say it’s been sent, you say you haven’t recieved it. I think the issue lays with HSBC as they are now saying there are some delays and to give it another week! Grrrrrrr

Instead directing me to use a paying in machine stating FlexDirect accounts are self service accounts. Great way to lose a customer. 👍🏾
