@AskNationwide My kids have FlexOne accounts. They want to put a little aside monthly, but for instant access. Are they allowed a second FlexOne account, or is there an instant access saving option? Both under 16

@AskNationwide Thanks for the answer, Phil. But like I said, there should be a way to access them via the website/app in a hassle free and paperless way.

@AskNationwide hi. Don’t know if you can help, my aunt took some money out at a cash machine in Morrisons, Loughton. Took £30 out, got a slip of paper receipt. Apparently the machine is known to be playing out. She waited ages and the £30 never came out.

@AskNationwide I don’t know who they spoke to but they said they were going to get the relevant department to merge the records. Shall I DM you my name and my mother’s name? Would that help?

  • neets_anita Anita Dinamita (@neets_anita) reported

@AskNationwide I need bank statements from 2017 and apparently the only way to get them is calling customer services to request to have them sent in the post. We're in 2022, there should be a way to access them via the website/app in a paperless way!

@AskNationwide I need to print some statements (because the branch refuse to do it) which requires I login via pc/laptop - not phone. I get the following message: 1/2

@AskNationwide Hi, I have recently set up a current account for my mum. I have Power of Attorney. You are asking for proof of ID from her but she is an existing Nationwide customer so this should not be needed. I spoke to someone at your call centre 1/2
