@AskNationwide Hi India - that's the number we've been calling the past 7 days. We've been tripped at the final hurdle, because the builder told @AskNationwide that the fix was 'permanent' not 'temporary', and this is (bafflingly) the 'wrong' answer. Very disappointed with your service.

@AskNationwide Why why why can't I just send a secure message through my account any more. I have to speak to Arti who can't help, and he tells me everyone has gone home. Why can't I just send a secure message for somebody to deal with when they are in. Its truly dreadful!

@AskNationwide Hi India - will that help fix our roof before Christmas? Astonishing: none of @AskNationwide representatives at CET mentioned the 'temporary' condition in the 7 days we were in dialogue with them. 7 days wasted. Please raise this - it's causing you reputational damage.
