Alyson Leitch (@Geordiesbird) reported@AskNationwide She is not on the internet ,as she is 80. This is the reason I had to help her, as I’ve always done when she needs a new cheque book. Today my time was wasted Brendon was very belligerent and would NOT listen to me!

John Rogers (@TerminallyChimp) reported@AskNationwide Why is your online banking so awful? I’ve been trying to amend a direct debit for days and it fails every time. I try to delete it and it fails. The absolute basics of managing my money are impossible. Sort it out please.

Corin Messer (@CorinMesser) reported@AskNationwide Maybe it would help if I noted that none of our details have changed and our cover level hasn't changed and the Bank of England inflation calculator suggests our August 2025 premium of £626.30 should have increased to £638.75 not £987.00. Perhaps £987.00 was just a typo?

Z 💬 (@ZC1337) reported@AskNationwide why are your services down? I’m trying to pay my rent and you’re not available to take my call to assist me. Not helpful!
