@AskNationwide Yes, I uninstalled the app and re installed it and still getting the same message. I'm on the internet banking version now after finding my customer number and I have no idea where I'm looking as the website is extremely confusing and not user friendly

@AskNationwide This all impossible. I have been left waiting 30 mins on a phone call with nationwide with no response and now ,at your suggestion, no response for 30 mins on your web chat!
