    @AskNationwide Hi Sherrie, no I understand. It just seems odd when it has a floor plan of at least 25meter sq and we all walk past each other in Tesco’s lol. I just want a very bog standard children’s account where she can get access to it using a cash card please.

    .@HSBC_UK I could not feel more let down by you at the moment. You received £300 of mine from BA on 14 April and don’t seem to be able to get it to my new bank, @AskNationwide ! You don’t call me back when you say you will. I get nowhere on social media. Please can someone help?

    @AskNationwide Well you aren't here to help. We were due to have a meeting with your mortgage advisor today and we haven't received the meeting invite and nobody has tried to call us. I had to take time off work for this call. Pretty disappointing and I imagine lost revenue for you.

    @AskNationwide Is it ok to do that? The form doesn’t say to do that if it’s wrong, just says sign it if it’s correct. Didn’t want to change it in case it caused problems. Thank you

    @AskNationwide my dad has lost his bank card. We went onto the app, pressed card lost. It then proceeds me to put the “lost card” in a card reader to authorise it …. Can you help

    @Morrisons @AskNationwide I can still not checkout with my Nationwide card. Only on Morrison’s website. I have had everything checked with my bank and there are no issues with my card or account.
