@AskNationwide That also didn’t solve my issue. It’s clearly something to do with my phone (12 Mini) as my Daughter also banks with you and it doesn’t happen on her iPhone (11)

@AskNationwide I have a rent issue with my new landlord and they want a deposit I can not afford at this moment of time. Is there a chance of increasing my overdraft limit before 3rd year of university. I have a student account.

@AskNationwide Thank you. Just a little annoying as I had to transfer several hundred from my help to buy to cover the money that appeared in pending, so now I'm gonna have to transfer it back in over several months since I can't just do it when it goes back into my account 😩

@NCT_Buses @KiaNFFC @AskNationwide I've used my pin 3 times now and contactless still not working. Same with my wife's card. Its a joint account so I guess a security issue

@AskNationwide Kantar isn't a country, it's a research agency. Are they operating on your behalf to gather customer feedback? I'm assuming nationwide passed on my name and number if it was genuine.

@KiaNFFC @adie_hull @AskNationwide It’s a security setting. Occasionally, a PIN is required to ensure the card is in the possession of the card owner. We were assured by card issuers this wouldn’t happen on public transport, but some banks haven’t implemented it properly. They are working on fixing it for bus use.

Hi @AskNationwide I have a question for you. How can you charge an existing customer a £999 fee to re-fix the term of their mortgage when @Barclays do it for £35 at a lower %age rate and Leeds don't charge a fee at all? Both with better rates than you. Why should we stay?
